Incredible South Beach style pool house in gated community in Fort Lauderdale east of US 1, 3 minutes to Wilton Manors and the beach.

Location, Location, Location !! Less than 5-minute drive to the beach, the Intracoastal, Galleria Mall, Wilton Manors nightlife, and shops & restaurants. Designer-renovated and furnished.

Heated pool - Brand new pool heater to keep the pool water at your preferred temperature.

High-end kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless appliances and in-house washer/dryer, new AC and plumbing fixtures throughout, and state-of-the-art security system.

3 Bedrooms that sleep 6 guests, and 2 separate sofas in 2 separate areas of living room that open to 2 full-sized beds. The "sofa beds" can sleep 2 adult guests or 4 kids under 13 very comfortably. Maximum allowed is 8 adults and 4 children under 13. Very private huge backyard with several different areas is a tropical oasis with a large swimming pool facing every bedroom and living room. As well, there are other private areas of the yard, with BBQ, dining table, and great lawn with beautiful chaise lounges and tables. Includes a 2 car garage and a driveway with additional parking space.

Beautiful !!!!

The house is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms functional, in general the house is very spacious. The swimming pool is a corner of paradise. The best thing of all is the kindness and cooperation of the owner. We will definitely be back thanks for everything Sam.

Was A Awesome spot and close to downtown

The property was clean and well taking care of the neighbors where very kind and helpful. The location was a perfect drive to the beach and downtown. Also a short 30 min drive to Miami. We had a group of ten and it slept all of us very comfortably. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in south Florida.
