About this property

Spacious home. Call nine one seven, eight three eight, seven nine two nine to speak with the owner directly. Child and pet-friendly. Seasonally heated pool and hot tub open early spring through early winter.

Large home with covered outdoor living and dining area, perfect for relaxing and BBQing with family and friends. Lots of backyard toys include bean bag toss, pool toys, and soccer net. Kids can fish off the private dock. Heated pool & 8-person hot tub on the deck which features a lounge bed, professional gas grill, covered dining for 12 right outside the kitchen, and lounge area with couches & Smart TV. Outdoor heaters over both dining and living areas. Extra tables and chairs are available to accommodate large family dinners outside.

The entire backyard overlooks Long Beach, and you will enjoy the best sunset in the Hamptons! Great for entertaining, professional kitchen with double sinks and 2 dishwashers; ice maker, indoor dining for 12, living room w/ fireplace, den with surround sound and separate office offering landline phone, printer, and computer on the desk.
Good WIFI throughout the house and 2 zones for central heat and A/C. The first floor has a 16-speaker indoor/outdoor sound system wired and Bluetooth throughout. Four bedrooms have private baths, one is on the first floor.

Central location, nice walk to Sag Harbor Village, which has the best restaurants and only large pier in the Hamptons. Walk or bike to Long Beach, or a 5-minute drive, 15 minutes to Sag Main Beach, 15 15-minute drive to South or East Hampton. Take the many bikes we offer and head to the beach or town!

There are 3 indoor living areas in addition to the outside deck. The living room has a fireplace and full-size piano. The den has a large Smart & Cable TV, Karaoke, DVD and a foosball table. The basement living area also has a large Cable TV.

For the health-conscious, the house has a Peloton spin bike, an extra spin bike, and an elliptical machine. Hand weights and yoga mats as well.

Very baby/child friendly with a pack and play, highchair, & toys available for use. The pool has a motorized cover and removable safety fencing. Free use of Kayak and two paddle boards off the private dock in the backyard. Life jackets of all sizes are included.

Great weekend in Sag!

We had 13 women in the house for two nights and it was perfect for our needs! Tons of space, very clean, lots of amenities. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and spacious home in Sag Harbor that is close to the town! Jonathan is a great host and was willing to make activity recomendations and dining reservations. I would absolutely recommend staying at this place 10/10!
