Ideal for families and friends, this expansive property is child—and pet-friendly and boasts a seasonally heated pool and a hot tub available from early spring through early winter.

Nestled on a quiet street on Paines Creek, our home features a large, covered outdoor living and dining area equipped with professional gas grills and plenty of seating—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. Unwind on the lounge bed, enjoy a dip in the heated pool, or soak in the 8-person hot tub, all while basking in the stunning views of Long Beach. Our oasis includes many toys, from a full-size ping pong table and bean bag toss to pool accessories, a soccer net, free paddleboards, a kayak, and a private dock where kids can fish to their heart’s content. We also have a full-size Bocce / Petanque court with both sets of balls.

The home includes a professional kitchen outfitted with double sinks, two dishwashers, and an ice maker—ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy your meals in the indoor dining area that seats 12, or cozy up by the fireplace in the living room. The den and separate office are perfect for relaxation and work, equipped with a surround-sound Bluetooth system, a landline phone, a printer, and a computer.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with three indoor living areas featuring a full-size piano, large Smart TVs, karaoke, a foosball table, and even a DVD player in the den. The basement offers additional space with a large cable TV for endless family fun.

Health-conscious guests will appreciate the fitness amenities, including a Peloton bike, an elliptical machine, hand weights, and yoga mats. For the little ones, we provide a pack-and-play, highchair, and toys.

The home features seven bedrooms, four of which have private baths, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Two bedrooms, one with a private bath, are on the first floor.

Step outside to experience the charm of Sag Harbor Village, accessible by a pleasant walk or a quick bike ride using one of the many bikes provided. The village is renowned for its excellent dining options and the only large pier in the Hamptons. Adventure is just a stone's throw away, with Long Beach, Sag Main Beach, and the towns of South and East Hampton all within easy reach.
