The house and host are incredible - the property is even better than described, has everything you need and more. The hot tub and pool are incredible, adult and kid-friendly and the backyard is massive and well-manicured. All of the bedrooms are perfectly appointed and there are more than enough bathrooms. Will absolutely stay here again in the future, can’t say enough nice things about this house and host.

Our family recently spent 5 days in this beautiful home! There were 3 couples, 2 older teens and three 7-10 year olds. Plenty of room for all. The weather was cool but the hot tub and pool were warm and there was more than enough for everyone to do! We enjoyed dinner on the deck warmed by the overhead heaters and the sunsets were amazing! It was just perfect!

Serene home great for families

Property was conveniently located near Sag Harbor, and is clearly well kept and loved by the owner. Nice common spaces, beautiful backyard, and right on the water where we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. Owner was very responsive to questions via text message.

We had a wonderful time here as 11 adults and 4 children. The house fit us all comfortably. We loved the setting, right on the water, and found everything we needed! I'd highly recommend.

Awesome House in Sag Harbor

Amazing and spacious home in Sag Harbor that is close to the town! Jonathan is a great host and was willing to make activity recomendations and dining reservations. I would absolutely recommend staying at this place 10/10!

We had a wonderful time getting a group of old friends together. We were in tow for a wedding and we were 5 married couples. The weather was perfect all weekend so we enjoyed the hot, pool, and backyard. Everything was as advertised. The property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Don’t think twice, book this place if your are spending time in or around Sag Harbor.

Jon’s house was perfect! It had everything we could ever need and not to mention how gorgeous it was. We loved every minute! Jon helped us throughout the stay and gave us recommendations on where to go out to eat in town! Thanks so much Jon!

The house was gorgeous! Clean, spacious, so many amenities. Jonathan, our host, was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way from booking to check out. Highly recommend this property and Jonathan for any type of get together or reunion. He made our getaway for 12 adults an absolute joy!!!

A gem in Sag Harbor

Relaxing vacation with friends. The location of this house was perfect. Close to everything. After shopping and sight seeing, came back to a beautiful, heated pool and outstanding hot tub! Quick, easy communication with host! Tons of suggestions for lunch/dinner also! Loved this place!
