Enjoy staying sea side where just about everything the town has to offer is right at your fingertips including grocery stores, the ever-popular Flagler Ave (where many amazing restaurants and shops are), you can walk to the beach and walk to Flager Ave if you wanted, plenty of parks, bike trails and recreational areas, etc. You will never have to worry about being bored in this beautiful paradise. If you’re a big fan of water activities, you’re in the right place. Wherever you are in New Smyrna Beach, you’ll always be near any water activity you can think of! Including, but not limited to, surfing, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, you name it. Also nearby is the Canaveral Seashore, where you can learn about the history of the ancient Turtle Mound and the surrounding areas. We are 30 min from Daytona, 1 hour from Orlando and 30 min from Ormand Beach. Great location !

The perfect beach vacation

My family and I recently stayed here for a week. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. It is equipped with everything you need for a fun week at the beach. The beach is easily accessible by walking through a nice neighborhood. There are also several good restaurants in walking distance. Norwood’s and The Garlic are both excellent. Heath’s Natural Foods is also located on the way to the beach. Their smoothies, salads, and wraps are delicious and healthy. The pool at the condo was always clean and not crowded. We enjoyed it every day. The owners respond quickly and are kind and respectful. This truly was the perfect beach vacation. We hope to return next year.

WE love NSB and know you will too! My husband has been coming to NSB for over 25 years and as soon as the opportunity came up we knew we wanted to own/rent a home where people can enjoy NSB as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

It is perfect, walking distance to Flager Ave , Norwoods, Treehouse, Garlics (all our favorite restaurants) It is 5 blocks from the beach and we love to ride our bikes in the neighborhood. It is quaint and quiet yet supports just enough art, nightlife and exercise that we desire. It is considered Beachside because the beach is only 5 blocks away.
