Lincoln and Jefferson welcome you to “The Little White House”. Lincoln and Jefferson are Briards, French herding dogs, first brought to the United States by Thomas Jefferson.

With an adjustable standing desk, external monitor, printer, light ring, mouse, keyboard, and fast internet-this home is perfect to bring your dog and work from home!

 
New Smyrna Beach is one of the oldest and most charming cities in Florida, dating back to 1767. According to city records “The Little White House” was built in 1924. It wasn’t until the 1990’s that the upstairs attic was converted into a bedroom with an additional bathroom. After purchasing the house, renovations were made that will allow this house to remain standing another 100 years.

The Little White House is the perfect place to call home while enjoying all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. Walk to the Inter Coastal Waterway and watch the sunset over the Halifax River. Walk to 37 independently owned restaurants and bars on Flagler Ave and 3rd Ave. Walk Smyrna Dunes Park and check out the DOG BEACH.

The Essentials:
 
• Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
• Please keep our home secure and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• When parking in the driveway please pull forward enough to allow our neighbor to see traffic when exiting onto Main road.
• Please make sure you clean up after your pet(s).
• Please do not use the fireplace
• Please do not park only in the grey rock area un front of the home. Do not park South of the actual home, or in front of the wooden fence.
• There is free parking for ONLY two vehicles.

We know you love to travel with your pets and we welcome them in our home. There is a spacious, fenced backyard for your furry friends to run and safely enjoy.
 
We have provided:
• Bowls
• Dog bed
• Pet gate/barrier
• Large crate/kennel
• If your fur baby likes to get on the furniture please use the pet blankets provided to cover the furniture.
 
When you check out please remove the dog bed cover and put it, along with the blankets, on the bathroom floor.
