Pretty artist's house, quiet, with garden

It is a house of 100 m2 with a floor, built in the 50s and completely renovated. She nevertheless keep outdated and poetic charm. It is separated from the street by a small home garden where we leave the bikes in the shade of a large eucalyptus.
The living room of 30 m2 is dressed in a massive chain floor; the wall, many tables, a corner fireplace with armchairs and sofas, a library and a desk, a round table where you can take meals.
The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped. It overlooks the enclosed rear garden and flowers or it is good to rest under the fig tree in the rustling bamboo. A small office room also overlooks the garden.
Upstairs, two quiet and comfortable rooms beautifully decorated; One overlooks the back garden, the other on the front. Any two are equipped with a library, a desk, a wardrobe and wardrobe. WC-bathroom is spacious and bright. Finally, a place reserved for your car is in front of the house.

The charm of the house comes partly from its surrounding greenery that might suggest that we are in the countryside although in the city.
