Super séjour

Appartement dans résidence avec garage en sous-sol. 1 chambre avec 1 lit 2 pers + 1 BZ 2 pers. Les + : - en bon état - propre - lumineux - très bien équipé - ascenseur - très bonne situation (proche vieux port, aquarium, commerces, bus...) - accessible handicapé, sauf sanitaires. Les - : - parfois un peu de bruit Je recommande cette location. C'est vraiment une bonne prestation avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Location à recommander!

Appartement en tous points conforme à la description, très agréable et très fonctionnel. Tout y est mis en oeuvre pour le confort des vacanciers. On a énormément apprécié les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la piscine, entretenue tous les jours et très propre, et que les enfants rejoignaient avec un plaisir quotidien déjà en maillot de bain puisqu'il n'y avait que l'escalier à descendre (ou l'ascenseur pour les moins courageux :-)! ). Le plus extrêmement précieux de cette location est le garage qui permet de laisser la voiture à l'abri sans plus s'en occuper, puisque l'appartement est si bien situé que nous avons tout fait à pieds, les balades vers le port des Minimes et celles vers le Vieux Port. Et je terminerai par un grand merci à la propriétaire qui se rend disponible avec beaucoup de gentillesse pour ses locataires. Bref, nous y retournerons très certainement et avons d'ores et déjà fait circuler cette annonce auprès de nos proches!

Très beau duplex

Cette location était identique à la description, très bien située sur les Minimes, proche de la mer ( 5/10 mn à pieds) La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. Le duplex est très agréable a vivre, spacieux avec beaucoup de rangement et très bien équipé. Le grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et au dernier étage est bien situé, soleil, luminosité. La piscine est également entretenue tous les jours avec des transats pour se reposer au soleil ou à l'ombre. L'appartement était très propre avec tout le nécessaire à notre arrivée. La propriétaire a été vraiment charmante et disponible ce qui n'a pas été le cas de tout le monde lors de mes recherches pour une location. Nous avons été ravie de ce séjour dans ce duplex et y retourneront.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien entretenu, bien situé, dans un quartier bien desservi par les transports et pas loin de la mer. La plage est à un quart d'heure à pied et un grand supermarché à cinq minutes en voiture. Nous avons apprécié les magnifiques balades à pied au bord de la mer à quelques minutes de l'appartement. La propriétaire est une personne aimable et vraiment digne de confiance.
