This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! Recently redecorated for a more "beachy" feel. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. This condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1602 in Tower 1 on the 16th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a new king size premium bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, 40" ROKU smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size premium bed, private bath and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed and 24" ROKU smart TV

Living room has a sofa (opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray player

Dining room table and seating for 8, (room for 4 more at the counter), most other condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. All 12 of you can eat together!

Granite countertops and stainless kitchen appliances highlight this fully equipped kitchen for all your meal prep needs.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Condo was extremely clean and stocked, Great communication with owners and check-in process was simple. The closet with beach toys/chairs was wonderful and we made some additional donations at check-out. Will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for the Ironman event. Location of this property was perfect, marathon course went right by the Majestic. Property is as advertised, great access to the beach, pools, and hot tubs. The entire property was SUPER clean, unit had everything we needed, host was extremely responsive. I will definitely look for this listing again next year

Beautiful view

The condo was as pretty as the pictures. The view off the balcony was gorgeous. The elevators were fast, but at times there were a lot of people waiting for them. We found the indoor pools were nice and less crowded. We enjoyed going out on the beach looking for shells. The beds were very comfortable.

While the property and owners were great. The rules have become more strict in the complex than when we stayed previous years, in which would make me not choose to stay at majestic again.

Perfect Vacation

We spent two weeks at this place and it was awesome!! Ray and Susan have thought of just about anything you could need while staying there. The place was very clean. The view from the 16th floor was amazing!! We saw all kinds of sea life. The beds were super comfy. There is a closet full of beach things that is a nice bonus. We actually added a few things to it when we left. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent it again if we’re back in the area.

Perfect New Year's Vacation

We had a wonderful time over the New Year's week in Panama City Beach. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect - we didn't have a car and it was very easy to walk everywhere! The indoor pool was perfect for night swimming. Being right on the beach was a treat - the kids didn't mind the cool water temps - they were playing in the waves every day! The condo is well stocked with anything you need! The kitchen is the best we have had - with all the spices and pans you can imagine. It really felt like home while we were there. We had 3 generations and each family had their own room - this was so helpful! The dining table and living room had plenty of room so we could eat, play games and lounge all together. Every morning we enjoyed the balcony and watching the sun come up.Thank you for the wonderful stay!
