Only one towel per person for 5 people staying 7 days.It was obvious that around the wash room area has not been cleaned in awhile. Condo was miserably hot when we arrived and was for a few hours.The house keeper left a kitchen barstool chair in the back bedroom.Onsite Starbucks could not make drinks the entire stay. Elevators took turns going out of operation. Resulting in long Elevator Waits.Pools were shut down a few times for testing.Shower door in Master bedroom was very tough to open and closeOverall very disappointed with the stay.

This unit was very spacious and nicely decorated. The three bathrooms had been recently renovated. The condo location is close to the elevator, pools, and beach. We feel the sofa and loveseat could be replaced as they were very hard to get up from. Condo doors and frames, baseboards, and balcony need new paint. The kitchen frying pans were worn out. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Majestic Beach Resort never disappoints. Very happy with our rental for the week. Plenty of space for our family of 9, impressed with the King mattress in the primary suite, and cant say enough about the beautiful bathroom! Overall very pleased.

Great option at PCB with plenty of room.

Very nice condo with a great location central to all that PCB has to offer. Beachhouse restaurant next door snd many other restaurants within walking distance is super convenient.

The space and views were amazing. The master bedroom was huge with a beautiful walk in updated shower and bath with a walk out balcony of the ocean. The other bedrooms were fairly spacious except the bunk room which the bed was a little uncomfortable for my teen daughter but would probably be fine for a small child. We had a few suggestions to make the stay a little more convenient- we wished we would have known they didn’t provide toilet paper or paper towels or garbage bags. Also it would be nice to have a mop or swiffer to clean the floors because being at the beach no matter how hard we tried the floors were very dirty we did use the vaccum provided but they needed a mop since we stayed 5 nights. Batteries needed to be replaced in all the remotes and no cable tv that we could watch -glad we brought our own Apple TV to connect with Roku. The only negative thing I can say was the couch was pretty worn down and the loveseat was broken which a repair guy showed up our first night and said they would be replacing it. Impressed they were prompt, and since it was spring break their was a lot of noise upstairs all hours of the night - not on the homeowner just some Rowdy kids. Overall the place was amazing and we will definitely consider staying there again the pluses definitely outweighed any negative reviews I would go back in a heartbeat.

Property was great. Condo was exactly how it was described and the proximity to the beach was perfect! Parking garage is across the street but there is a walkway that takes you across.
