Keystone 4BR Townhome at River Run Base - Prices lowered for open dates!

You can walk to either base or ride the shuttle right outside the door from this River Run Townhome - built new late in 2017. Only 14 buildings/33 units in the entire complex. You don't have to deal with long hallways, slow elevators, or small underground parking spaces!

Lovely duplex with 3 kings, 3 twins and 1 full (2 bunks), a daybed and two family rooms. Private hot tub on the ground level - seats 6. Gas fireplace in the upstairs family room. Appliances include all the normal ones plus a separate refrigerator for drinks/wine, a crock pot, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Lots of games to play - Monopoly, Mexican Train, Balderdash, Trivial Pursuit, Racko. and others. There are many puzzles for your enjoyment.

We have added two cruiser bikes with helmets for your summer fun.

Fantastic mountain and sunset views from the large deck with table & chairs plus a 2-zone electric grill on the balcony.

We have a 220V NEMO 14-50 (like a dryer) outlet in the garage for your EV vehicle. Works with a standard Tesla cord or bring your own adapter.

Town of Keystone Permit STR24-00046702. Sleeps 11 in beds and 1 on the daybed, and you can park 4 vehicles off the street.

Great family getaway.

We have owned property in the Colorado mountains for over 27 years including Keystone & Breckenridge. We built the Haywood Cafe and managed Gateway Grocery & Liquor two different times. Two of our (now adult) children went to school in Boulder and our son is a Realtor in Denver. They all started skiing at Keystone at the age of 5 - we obviously love it here!

Why they chose this property

This unit is almost double the size of most units in River Run and has much more privacy. The heated floors feel good on your feet in the morning and you don't have to worry about something brushing up against the baseboard heaters!

It is only a 5 minute walk to the plaza at River Run or to the Gateway Building with ski rental, a grocery/liquor store and the Haywood Cafe - has the best breakfast in Keystone.

What makes this property unique

This large townhome is nestled between the two base areas at Keystone, is a 5-10 minute walk to either one, and is on the Green bus route if you prefer that method. You can easily get to all the amenities of River Run without being crowded, dealing with elevators, or long walks down halls. And the two heated garage spaces sure beat the hassle of trying to find parking under a building.
