The house was huge! There was plenty of room for 9 adults and 2 babies to gather. We spent that majority of our time in the kitchen and upstairs living room that had an amazing view. The host was very responsive. He stays on the property so he was able to assist quickly with our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a family of eight adults and four kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also spend time together. The views were spectacular. The entire house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owner was very personable and took time to show us around the house and the property when we arrived. We did not see him after that unless we needed something. We highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back.

John was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. The house has great space for a large group. The area is beautiful and on the day before we left we were graced with 17 Elk that roamed through the front yard and the luck of a a summer shower that brought a double rainbow in perfect position for pictures. The viws from multiple areas of the house are spectacular. This property is secluded but also within 5-ish minutes of Silverthorn and 25 or less to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and more.

The home was amazing. The location was great - gated community out of the city but close enough for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The home owner lives on property so he is readily available for any questions. I would definitely return to this home if we are in the area again.

We had such a fun time in this incredible house. It is massive and very roomy for the group we had: six moms and 5 teens. Everyone had their own space and the house was equipped with everything we would need.

Welcome to Summit County! My name is John Longhill. I am an active member of our wonderful Summit County Community serving as executive director of Blue River Horse Center in Silverthorne and board supervisor with the Middle Park Conservation District, President of Friends of the Lower Blue River, and chairman of the Lower Planning Commission. I am a landscape architect, and teacher and would love to have you as my guests.
I live on the property in a separate building above the garage and I am available to help with snow plowing, walkway snow shoveling and any repairs that are needed. Unless needed, you will usually not see or hear from me during your stay.

This is a one of a kind vacation property that is an experience unto itself. It is comfortable, and works well with lots of people doing different things. Whether you are sitting on the decks experiencing the amazing views or playing pool, having dinner, watching movies in the entertainment room or just enjoying a cup of hot chocolate after a day on the slopes, this vacation will be one to remember! We have always prided ourselves with cleanliness and due to the recent concerns we are not sterilizing all hard surfaces with extra disinfectant and disinfecting all cloth surfaces on furniture, bed covers etc.
