Complimentary bubbly and 1 breakfast with your booking!! Our newly constructed kitchen and bathroom are very efficient and fun with full sized appliances, bluetooth speakers in the ceiling can lights, and granite countertops.The main suite is 320 sq ft. It includes a 40 inch Roku T.V. with Amazon prime, Netflix, and surround sound speakers, barnwood accent walls, granite topped end tables and coffee table. The bathroom has a granite counter, 16 square inch rainshower, and bluetooth speaker in can light. Dont forget about the shared backyard with a hot tub and commercial string lights for night time activities. Our maximum occupancy,due to fire code, is 4 people. We have an extra twin bed set available upon request.We do not reccomend this. Our rental is perfect for couples.

Charming!

We were allowed to check in early as we got into town earlier than we plan. They also offered breakfast for us which was convenient. Definitely recommend, will be coming back! Thanks for creating such a charming place for us to enjoy!

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I came to Fredericksburg to celebrate her 40th birthday. We looked at so many VRBO properties, but kept coming back to Isaac's "Champaign Room". It looked quaint and homey, and it did not disappoint! It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. They thought of everything a guest might need to make their stay convenient and just like home. We felt very special! It was clean, even had a washer and dryer, the decorations were adorable. Isaac was very accommodating to answer any questions we had! My daughter and I both said, This is our next go-to place! I've stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and this one is now at the top of my list for a 2-person getaway. Thank you, Isaac!

Great stay

The Champagne Room was just as promised. It was clean, within walking distance to Main Street, and had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice tucked away place

Great little rental just north of Main st. It's a second building behind the house but still Had a good amount of privacy. Interior is well done and had everything we needed

Perfectly Poise

The entirety of this space and the host fulfilled every need for the perfect getaway. The bed is memory foam topped and the perfect blend of soft/firm and I have lower back issues as it is. So I loved it. The steam shower and hot tub combo sold me. The location is unbeatable. If you’re not worried about walking 15 mins to the strip or driving 5
