About this property

Seawind, Gulf Shores. Kid-Friendly, BeachFront Condo, Pool, GYM, Great Location

The Seawind complex was built in 2006. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 7th floor (unit #707). We own 706 next door as well for guest who are vacationing with extended family or friends. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico are available from the spacious balcony. The unit is professionally decorated and ready for your enjoyment. Living room and Master bedroom both have sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony. Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. Call Lisa if you have any questions about the condo, or last minute deals.

The condo features include 9 feet ceilings with crown moulding and ceramic tile floors in kitchen, halls and baths. There is a laminate wood floor in the rest of the condo. The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry room. There is a new King size bed and a Beautyrest hybrid mattress in the master bedroom, a queen size bed, with a Sealy Posturepedic Plush Euro Pillowtop mattress in the guest room, the third bedroom is great for kids with a twin size top/ full size bottom bunk bed . The master bedroom, living room and the guest bedroom all have a flat screen TV . The third room /bunk room has a 32inch TV as well. There is new furniture on the balcony for your relaxation while enjoying the view of the Gulf.
The complex has a huge exercise facility that overlooks the gulf. The condo also has an indoor/outdoor pool, zero entry kids pool and a hot tub . The property is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, just 1/2 mile from Highway 59.
We accept all major credit cards through paypal.

View, location, check in/out and communication was great. Needs updating especially the linens and pillows were very old looking and did not smell clean. Furniture in living room needs updating also. It was only surfaced cleaned. We have rented for over 30 yrs and for the money and fees we paid I really expected more. There is only one elevator in the building and there were long waits to get on and off which I know is not an unit owner issue but property owners should consider another one. I would rent again if these the updates were addressed for sure.

The owner is friends with Jesus

The weather was not the greatest for our stay here but the condo made up for it. It literally had everything you would have at your own house and then some. That bed in the master room had to be a gift to the owner from Jesus himself, it was like I was sleeping on a cloud. We watched dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed being so close to all the shopping spots. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully with better weather!

Amazing place to stay at the Gulf Shores

Property has an amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean , it's super clean and the beds were more comfortable than most hotels. The Island Market and Waffle house is just across the street so its really convenient, you won't need to drive your car out just to get some supplies. Host was amazing, great communication and you'll enjoy your stay.

This condo is lovely and in a very good location. We didn't need the car for much because everything was in walking distance. Our host was friendly and responded quickly. We are looking forward to a summer trip as well. We loved staying here!

A taste of Heaven

I would stay here again. The cleaning personnel needs to do better but my wife put her touch and made my 5 nights a great experience. We spend a lot of time on the balcony and this condo has a huge balcony! The host was great! I can't wait to get another stay in this very place! See you soon Gulf Shores and Seawind.

We love The Seawinds

This was our second stay at the property and we love it ! The only draw back is the elevator situation, could definitely use another elevator! The location is great, we do a lot of walking to restaurants and shopping! Nothing better than sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the dolphins!!!

Great condo

The condo was great! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was so close to the beach that we could go back and forth from the beach throughout the day. The location was very nice, it was just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lisa was great and very responsive to any questions before or during our stay and provided several recommendations for local places to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Gulf shores stay

We loved this condo. It was just what we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers having hot water. The property owner had it fixed very quickly. Great stay.

Family vacation

It was a great location to shopping and food and nice beach. The only problem was the elevator stalled and takes forever and only 2 elevators. Also the pools and hot tub was always filled with little kids not teen friendly.
