Seawind 506 Beach Front Condo - Amazing Views from 5th floor

Seawinds is a family-friendly beachfront vacation condo Gulf Shores, Alabama (located directly next to Sea N Suds).

Several recent updates to the unit and the complex. New tiled walk-in shower in the master bathroom, new toilet and tile. New furniture in the living room including sleeper couch and chair. Fabulous deck furniture for morning coffee and sunsets.

You'll find the famous beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast mere steps from your condo door. The condo faces the Gulf of Mexico, so you will enjoy captivating panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, miles and miles of sugar white sand, spectacular sunsets and dolphins playing from your private balcony. On several occasions, I have been able to watch the Blue Angels fly by.

The condo is located on the 5th floor with the first three floors of the building being a parking ramp. If the elevators are crowded, park on the 3rd floor and it's only 2 flights of stairs to the unit. The unit is located directly across from the elevators.

The condo offers everything you need to feel at home including a washer and dryer, cable television, free WiFi, linens and well-appointed bathrooms.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. Dinnerware, pots, pans, towels, washcloths are all included. Just bring your groceries, beach towels, and you are all set!

The building has a heated indoor/outdoor beachfront swimming pool, heated outdoor splash pool with fun water features for children, a beach view hot tub, a state of the art fitness center with a sauna, and covered parking.

We're centrally located near local attractions such as restaurants, Gulf state park trails, deep sea fishing, parasailing, wave running, shopping, golfing, and a zoo, The Amphitheater at the Wharf, Waterworld USA and the Gulf Island National Seashore. Several local shops, restaurants and bars, including popular destinations such as The Hangout & Pink Pony are within walking distance. Sea N Suds is right next door. There is a convenience store across the street and a Wafflehouse.

Toilet problem

Matt Boyle was very nice but he didn’t get the toilet problem solved. We stayed for 2 months and never got the toilet problem solved so I would highly recommend you check and make sure this is taken care of before you rent this unit it backs up and sprays water in the air not very pleasant when you are sitting on it!!

2023 fall break

The room itself was awesome. We all had plenty of room. The elevators were annoying of course they were being worked on so alittle slow. The location was great being right beside Sea and Suds.

I purchased this condo back in 2019 because I love the beach and Gulf Shores. Unfortunately I still have that work thing so I am not able to enjoy it full time. Being able to rent it and also use it was a huge draw. Since I have owned it, the unit has been completely repainted, all new linens, and furniture continues to get upgraded.

I picked this property because I wanted something on the beach and a floor location (it's on the 5th floor) that would allow me the opportunity to watch my family and friends on the beach from the porch as well as inside.
