Quel privilège que de pouvoir nous heberger dans cette maison de curé. C’est passer un peu de temps dans l’histoire. Tout était parfait pour nous; tout marche parfaitement bien, nous avons pu cuisiner et puis manger dans la salle à manger de M le curé, nous avons pris du thé dans son jardín et nous avons admiré les vues imprenables du haut de sa colline. Ce n’est pas moderne, l’escalier est si ancien qu’on voit où des génerations de curés on mis leurs pieds en montant et descendant, il n’y a pas de wi fi (mais il y a un peu de 4G quelquefois) mais c’est une experience qu’on ne va jamais oublier!

Séjour à Montaigut

Un gîte exceptionnel dans un site tout aussi exceptionnel, situé dans un ancien hameau reconverti en éco-musée à côté du château médiéval de Montaigut. Une très belle maison ancienne avec un charme rustique, spacieuse, bien aménagée et très bien équipée avec un grand jardin ombragé offrant une vue magnifique sur la vallée et sur de beaux couchers de soleil. Endroit idéal pour qui cherche le calme et le repos ou comme base de départ pour de belles randonnées dans la région. Nous avons en plus été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par les bénévoles et les responsables de l association qui gère le hameau et le gîte.

Un super moment dans le gîte du presbytère

Tout était simple et fluide, dès la réservation. On a été accueillis par Anaïs qui nous a ouvert le gîte malgré notre arrivée tardive et est venue le dimanche pour un dernier tour, dans la bonne humeur et le sourire. On gardera un super souvenir de ce week-end entre amis, proche du château de Montaigut, encore merci ! Ps : prévoir le chauffage en supplément, en hiver ça peut compter ;)

Que dire .. si vous aimez le calme , une vue à couper le souffle , les maisons anciennes mais rénover avec goût et tout le confort , un jardin charmant , et le luxe du silence et de dormir la fenêtre ouverte alors ce gîte est pour vous . En cette période de canicule nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur préservée par d'épais murs en pierre! Le site est enchanteur: vue aérienne, cascades de fleurs et de senteurs du sud, farniente à l'abri des regards, silence absolu hormis le chant des oiseaux et des cigales. Confort des lits et des fauteuils, des sanitaires et de la cuisine. L'accueil de Tiphaine et de René est des plus chaleureux. On se sentait mieux que chez nous!!
