Just half a block from the beach and boardwalk, they're perfect for extended families, multiple families, or friends looking to enjoy the Jersey Shore together.



The Space:

Designed with larger families and groups in mind, these two adjoining apartments offer the perfect combination of togetherness and privacy. The interior connecting doors allow you to move easily between both units, creating one spacious vacation home when you want to gather, while still giving everyone their own place to relax at the end of the day.



Each apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, cookware, and small appliances, along with its own renovated bathroom and comfortable living room with television. Bright coastal finishes, tile flooring throughout, and individual mini-split air conditioning systems with separate thermostats help keep every space comfortable throughout your stay.



Outside, enjoy the shared stone patio complete with picnic tables, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower—the perfect place to gather for cookouts, enjoy meals together, or rinse off after a day at the beach.



Leave the car behind and experience everything Seaside Heights has to offer on foot. The beach and boardwalk are just half a block away, with Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go-karts, boat and WaveRunner rentals, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, shopping, and nightlife all within an easy walk. During the summer, you'll also enjoy beach concerts, movie nights, and other family-friendly events happening throughout town.



IMPORTANT: Seaside Heights has very strict guidelines and regulations. Please contact us prior to booking so that we can understand more about your group that is coming. We must approve each reservation to ensure we are complying with Seaside Height's rules Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.



Need even more room? The spacious 4-bedroom apartment on the upper level can also be rented, giving your group access to the entire property with eight bedrooms and three bathrooms. For even larger reunions or special events, we also own the neighboring multi-family property. Contact us for availability and group accommodations.

Guest Access:

You have a private entrance to the unit, so arrivals and departures are entirely on your schedule. Pets are welcome. Parking is not included but may be arranged for an additional fee — just ask before booking.



The Neighborhood:

Walk out the door and you are steps from the beach and the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Casino Pier — with its full lineup of rides — is right there, as is Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Mini golf, go-karts, arcades, and waverunner rentals are all within easy reach on foot.

When you are ready to eat or grab a coffee, the boardwalk and surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Summer nights often bring movies on the beach, a short walk from your door.

If you are traveling with a larger group, two additional units on the same property are available, and the house next door (also managed by the same host) can accommodate even more guests. Reach out to inquire about booking multiple units together.



Other Things to Note:

• No linens or towels are provided. You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

• Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book. Per local ordinance, someone 21 or older must be present for the entire stay

• Group policy: Groups without parents or children traveling together must contact the host prior to booking.

• Garbage and recycling: Guests are required to follow the property's garbage and recycling schedule, which will be provided at check-in.
