This countryside house has been built in 2014
You will find a 90 sq.m living area out of 120 sq.m, 2 bedrooms, a covered heated 10 sq.m swimming pool (heated from March to November), a kitchen with washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, wireless Internet connexion, a satellite TV ´Canal Satellite´, baby equipment, a private garden, a wildlife park with alpacas, wallabies, birds, Cameroon´s sheep, and dwarf goats. It is very quite and not overlooked.
There is additional bedding for at least two people.
The ground floor is not inhabited. On the first floor, you will find a fitness room as well as a private cinema room (currently under construction.)

endroit idéal pour les enfants

Fantastic facilities

Great place, especially with kids as there is a heated good size swimming pool, an art room for the creative ones, a cinema room, a play area outside and bikes to use for free. We made use of everything. The gite is spacious and has good beds (very important) and toys and games. St sever is close by and has everything you need. Market on Saturday morning is great to visit. We would highly recommend it and return if we can.

le paradis

Nous avons trouvé ce gîte par hasard et comme on dit " le hasard fait bien les choses " car en effet il est difficile de trouver mieux comme gîte. Situé au calme avec une vue sur des champs de maïs à perte de vue il est idéal pour se reposer, nous avons pu visiter pas mal d'endroits ( la bastide d'armagnac, Marquèze, Dax, Mont de Marsan etc ) car il est situé à proximité de tout. Concernant le gîte il est très confortable, spacieux, moderne, lumineux, bien équipé. Tout est pensait pour les enfants et les bébés ( matériel pour le repas, jouets ), il est encore mieux que sur les photos. La piscine est très grande, l'eau est toujours à 32 degrés voire 36 , il y a tout le nécessaire pour que les enfants s'amusent ( bouées, frites, brassards, etc )et pour les grands ( transat, bouée, serviettes ). La salle de sport est très bien et la salle d'activités manuelles est bien pensée pour les enfants. Et le meilleur pour la fin le parc animalier avec ses alpagas, ses wallabies, ses moutons, ses poules qui ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants ( 3 ans et 1 an et demi ). Ils ont pu rentrer dans les enclos pour nourrir les animaux ( et même réussir à caresser les wallabies ) . Pou résumer cet endroit est un petit paradis sur terre où les grands comme les petits en prennent plein les yeux. On a une seule envie y revenir. Un grand merci à jules et son père qui nous ont permis de nourrir les animaux, à sabine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité et au propriétaires que nous n'avons pas vu mais qui savent se montrer disponible et qui sont de bons conseils sur les choses à voir ou à déguster dans les environs.

We are a family of two adults and two kids (9 and 15 years old.)
We are salaried and rent our house built within our property.
Being theatre enthusiast, there will be a small private performance room on the ground floor. We also intend to create a fitness room as well as an art room. Works planned for the next few months.

Why they chose this property

We decided to revive our barns dating back from before the French Revolution.

What makes this property unique

The property La Grange de Pachon represents everything we seek when we rent a house for the holidays. We hope our taste and choices will suit you as well.
We wanted the building not to be overlooked, so you could enjoy a little privacy. It was built so that no windows give onto our house. A private garden was also set up, so you could enjoy exterior areas without cohabiting.
The equipment is new and we preferred not to use furniture found in a garage sales or in second-hand trades.
Also at your disposal, there is a quality brand new kitchen with all modern household electrical. We expect the holiday-maker to clean as well as possible before he leaves.
Your stay in the heart of the countryside of the Landes must allow you to remain close to nature. A 20 MB wireless Internet connexion is then at your disposal. It is a satellite connexion as the neighbourhood is not equipped with ADSL.
You will also find a ´Canal Satellite´ decoder.
A second cable TV set has been installed in the children bedroom, so they can follow their favourite shows (you can watch TV when school is over!)
The accommodation has 4 different living areas as well as a library for you to enjoy.
The ground-floor fitness, art, and private performance (30-40 seats and a bar) areas will be ready during the winter of 2014-2015.
