Gated complex. Underground gated parking. Beach, pool, hot tub, rec room. 3rd floor with Southern mountain view. Cable, A/C, Utilities and WiFi included. In Suite laundry. Covered patio with BBQ. Enjoy your day on the private sandy beach or by the pool. Complex is completely non smoking inside and out. Everything you'll need is already there just bring your groceries and swimsuits. Strata and city rules only permit minimum 30 day rentals only(Sorry)

Peace and tranquility.

I found this property to be very clean and offered everything I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the building was well cared for with a lots of amenities. There is a pool and hot tub if you want or just go and hang at the beach. The host has provided beach chairs, a convenient wagon for hauling your belongings to and from the suite. It has a large covered deck so you can sit out and enjoy the great views and sunbath in the afternoon. Or just have an outdoor meal or bbq.. The building is quiet and you can go for a walk along the beachfront and a pub is a short distance away. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts to anyone who would like to stay in Osoyoos. They go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasurable one.
