3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse with more than enough room for 2 or 3 families. Big Master bedroom with king bed, balcony overlooking the lake and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with 2 queen size beds. 3rd bedroom with a double and bunk above.

Enjoy a welcome drink and keep the unique champagne glass set as a memento of your stay!

Our unit features granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, linens, private backyard patio with natural gas BBQ, master bedroom private balcony with lake view, walk-out to resort's private beach and dock, view of the outdoor, private grass area off your patio. Either way you can go from jumping off the dock to running right thru our place to the heated pool or hot tub.
WIFI, TV and a stocked kitchen with spices and supplies is awaiting you.
Get here and Park your car and walk everywhere, run, bike, Rollerblade or even paddle board to town. Osoyoos is made for exercise, boating, wine drinking and relaxation. So why not have a place that has everything to help make that happen.
Osoyoos is Canada's warmest freshwater lake in a beautiful desert setting boasting championship golf courses, world-class wineries, and luscious fruits from local orchards. The spring and fall wine festivals are world class as is the nearby desert center at Spirit Ridge.
For Foodies there are many restaurants to choose from or make your own dinner/ lunch on your own private BBQ and patio or take the family to one of the beaches along the lake and have your own lunch or dinner, Osoyoos can provide everything you need to relax.

Boat moorage is available for guests: $30 per day / $175 per week.

This property was fantastic!

This condo was the perfect place for our stay in beautiful Osoyoos. Fantastic central location, private beach and lakefront. It is also walking distance to attractions - restaurants, amusement park. The condo itself is spacious and well maintained. Robert was very responsive and provided us with great instructions and information. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall very enjoyable stay. Owners were exceptionally easy to work with. It was adequately clean, very well stocked and in an amazing location. The patios (furniture) BBQ are all in need of a good cleaning. Complex was being painted and property manager was very difficult. She tried asserting she had the authority enter without us there, so the doors could be painted. We provided a timeline we could work with however she unfortunately did not work within it and we had to alter our plans to allow access to the unit. Overall 4/5 stars!

First time to Osoyoos

This was a spacious house with everything we needed! Walking distance from the water, food and an amusement park. Easy access to everything a short drive/bike ride away. I found the cleaning fees a little high, but not being a frequent VRBO user, I don’t know if this is a normal practice.

Beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake

Clear directions were given to use everything, beautiful view of Lake, well-equipped unit-would have liked for third bedroom to have window in it as guests refused to use it because of the lack of light and feeling claustrophobic-property manager was accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Didn’t appreciate the glitch with VRBO not charging the taxes up front and then sending a bill saying we owed more money after we thought we had paid everything up front . Property manager offered to give us an extra night free of charge but this kind gesture wasn’t going to work out at we were not arriving in time.

We had a great time staying at this property. The hosts were awesome to deal with. They were excellent to communicate with and were very accommodating. Our family of 9 fit perfectly in the unit. We love the location and amenities and we hope to be able to return next summer.

September stay

The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils including several frying pans and pots. Unlike some places we have stayed there were lots of dishes and glasses. The living room had very comfortable leather sofas. The patio has a great 6 burner Weber BBQ. Lots of space for cooking. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with the master having an ensuite. Even though there were units on either side there was little noise transfer. The view was great and even though the beach was small it was clean. We very muchenjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our family vacation in Osoyoos. The townhouse is spacious and clean, with a pool in the resort, the lake right across the street and a short walk to Rattlesnake Canyon for the biggest ice cream cones ever. Robert is very quick to respond to any enquiries. Our family would love to stay here again!

Great family experience

This is an awesome location across from the beach and a short walk to town. The house was spacious and perfect for our 2 small families. We had a great time and would definitely come back!
