The owner Tim is so amazing and kind-hearted. The place was absolutely perfect and homey, it’s only 10 minutes from broadway and the airport which is a plus. Booking this place made everything a whole lot smoother and not stressful. Check in/out was simple and easy, communication with the owner was amazing as well. Thank you Tim! We will be back:)

The beds are comfortable, the downstairs bedroom is convenient for us seniors with mobility problems, the bed is a little high if you're short. The handicapped bathroom downstairs makes it easy to shower and there are hand rails for the toilet. My husband and I greatly appreciated that they took in consideration of us seniors who still like to travel.

This property was SO AMAZING!!!! The home is well kept, beautiful and very spacious. The host, the parking, the air conditioning, the fully furnished home, the location were all so accommodating! We were in Nashville for a convention and I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit- it exceeded my expectation and actually felt like HOME!!! It wasn't far from the airport, food, down town and convenience stores. I will most definitely utilize this property again in the future. I recommend this place to EVERYONE looking for a great space in Nashville!!!!!

This house was as described in the listing, and was perfectly located for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to what we wanted to do. Since we rented a car it was nice not to have to pay, per night, for parking. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about linens. Overall, a great stay!

Nice central location. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. We chose to Uber places, very affordable. Nice fenced in yard area for congregating and for doggo. Clean, plenty of comfy beds to choose from. Would stay again.

So cute and welcoming! Home was clean, with linens provided and a stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated. Check in/checkout was simple. In a nice neighborhood, with grocery stores minutes away and Broadway about 12 minutes away. Highly recommend and would book again.

It was not very clean. Kitchen floor was dirty, table was sticky, upstairs bathroom sink was dirty, not enough towels, bed downstairs was difficult to get in (very high) and very unstable, outside grill was incredibly dirty, rugs were very stained and looked dirty. we had a small issue and owners took care of problem very quickly.
