A Tréminis (980m above sea level and 178 inhabitants, 75 km south of Grenoble), in the heart of Trièves, two guest houses await you for a stay with family or friends in an exceptional setting.
In a mountain cirque at the foot of the Grand Ferrand (2761m), you will appreciate the peace and serenity of this protected environment where sports and cultural activities are varied. Walking paths from the foot of the house and turn into cross-country ski trails in winter.
Both cottages are independent and can comfortably accommodate 7 and 5 people. Though they are connected and can accommodate altogether 12 people.
Each cottage has its terrace to enjoy the sunshine and admire the panorama.

Logement parfait pour passer un weekend entre amis avec jeunes enfants, entre le mont aiguille et le massif du Dévoluy, où nous avons pu admirer de ce superbe environnement, jouer à la pétanque et profiter du feu de bois !

Le logement est immense, nous avions les 2 gîtes pour nous et c’était parfait car communiquant entre eux. Tout est très bien pensé, la taille des pièces et les accessoires, la propreté et l’environnement naturel est génial. La communication avec le propriétaire a été facile et rapide et la personne qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et souriante. En bref ce fût un séjour parfait même sans le soleil, tous mes amis sont d’accord pour revenir.

De jolies vacances en famille

Une propriété et un lieu super, à savoir éloigné de tout, le top si on aime la nature comme nous et super pour la rando. La maison est vraiment très bien aménagée avec un bel espace de vie, où même nombreux chacun peut trouver son indépendance ! Elle est d une grande propreté et très très bien agencée. La proximité des vaches fait qu il y a vraiment beaucoup de mouches ! mais c est la nature ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Dans le top five de nos meilleures locations de vacances ! L'environnement est magnifique, des départs de randonnées et ballades aux pieds de la maison. La rénovation de cette ancienne très belle bâtisse a été faite dans les règles de l'art! La conception moderne et l'architecture intérieure en font une maison facile à vivre, spacieuse où les énergies de chacun circulent facilement ( Nous étions en famille,13 personnes dans les deux maisons). Literies très confortables, cuisines ouvertes très conviviales, hôte disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions, accueil chaleureux et arrangeant. Malgré le temps capricieux, nous avons tous passé une formidable réunion de famille !

Une grange entièrement remaniée avec un goût architectural certain. Les espaces sont à la fois vastes ( nous étions nombreux) et multiples, plusieurs salons cosi donnent une impression de confort et de chez-soi. Un séjour hors du temps !

Nous avons passé deux jours dans cette magnifique propriété aux prestations multiples, entre amies... Un séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir une infime partie du Trièves, mais qui nous a convaincu d'y revenir ! Et nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison. Sa vue, ses ouvertures, ses équipements, ses terrasses et ses nombreuses pièces nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de moments entre amies. Une totale liberté et une pleine confiance nous ont été accordées en tant que locataires, ce qui nous a d'autant plus permis de profiter de ce bien d'exception !

weekend entre amis - yoga et rando

un très beau logement quand on combine les 2 gites pour un groupe de 12 amis. Une très belle salle qui nous a permis de faire des cours de yoga. Les cuisines sont grandes et très bien équipées. La rénovation a été faite avec soin et gout. Le design est exceptionnel. Le confort est exceptionnel avec 5 salles de bain et 7 chambres. La literie est de tout confort. Le gite est au calme, au pied des montagnes. C'est vraiment très beau .

Superbe double gîte dans un environnement exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un superbe we avec des amis. Nous étions 14 dont 7 enfants de 3 ans a 9 ans. Gîtes très fonctionnel avec de multiples espaces, terrasses, très belles chambres et SdB, deux cuisines très fonctionnelles. Situation du gîte idéal avec de nombreuses balades à pied au départ du gîte.

Magnifique gîte dans un très bel endroit

Superbe gîte, magnifiquement restauré. On s’y sent très bien. Décoré avec goût. On n’y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, le poêle à bois ainsi que le barbecue soit très appréciable. Chacun y trouve le confort qui lui convient et les espaces communs permettent de se retrouver chaleureusement. On apprécie également sa situation et la proximité des chemins de randonnée. Nous recommandons fortement et nous y retournerons sûrement.
