About this property

House close to the beach and hiking trail

This lovely holiday home awaits you for a stay with family or friends. In a quiet and close to the beaches (80m), the house is surrounded by a garden of 650 sqm.
Completely renovated and fully equipped, the house offers 6 beds.

Ground floor: entrance hall, large open space with fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, pyrolysis oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and tumble-line), dining room, living room (TV large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo) with a stove to enjoy the winter evenings, terrace, a room with bed 140 cm.
On the floor, you discover, a mezzanine equipped with a table football, a room with a bed 160cm, a room with nice sea view with 2 beds 90cm, a bathroom with tub and shower from where you will benefit from a magnificent sea view also.
Garden furniture and BBQ are at your disposal. Likewise, 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes are available as well as beach games.
For winter evenings or rainy days children's games are available as well as DVD.
Whether to enjoy the sun of Brittany, the show espoustouflant winter storms or Breton cuisine in every season, the house is ideal to discover or rediscover our beautiful region. Beach and hiking trails await you. The port and the first services are only 1.5 km away.

For each of the beds, duvets and pillows are available. The linen (sheets and terry towels) can be rented on request. Similarly, the provision of cleaning at end of stay can be requested at booking.

Please note that the house is rented for Saturday to Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrivals are from 17h and departure before 10h.
Rentals are only in whole weeks for the months of July and August.

Warning: We have a little cat that accompanies us on vacation. Although the house is the subject of the greatest care, it could cause an inconvenience to people with allergies wishing to stay in our house.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved it!

We were nicely welcomed with home-made cake and cider! The house has everything you could ask for - and even more! It is very clean, cosy and is perfect to 'chill out' before it stops raining and you can walk again to fantastic bays and beaches nearby. We also loved the village 'Portsall' that has a baker's, three pubs, three restaurants, one shop and a small supermarket. We had a great Holiday! We thank the owners who let us enjoy their home! PS: Their DVD's are in French and...English :)

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist ruhig und perfekt in der Nähe des Strands gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist umfassend und reichlich und die Fahrräder konnten wir bequem in der Gartenhütte unterbringen. In der näheren Umgebung bestehen keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber Ploudalmezeau und Portsall bieten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten.

Ein wunderbares Haus, hell, sauber, gute Betten/Matratzen, tolles Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Meerblick. Herzlicher Empfang nebst Gastgebergeschenk von Bretonischem Gebäck und Cidre. Das Auto ist direkt vorm Haus zu parken und der Garten rund um das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet eine Oase der Ruhe. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum GR34, diverse herrliche Strände, wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Eine wunderbare Woche in einem wunderbaren Haus.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit mehr als ausreichendet Ausstattung auf 2 Etagen Durch die vielen Fenster war es immer sehr hell im Haus. Eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt 50 m vom Meer entfernt. Der abendli he Spaziergang war jedes Mal ein Highlight. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber und waren sehr hilfsbereit, als wir einen Zahnarzt suchten. Immer wieder!

Ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand, mit großem Garten, einer mächtigen Palme und einer Südterrasse. Im Erdgeschoss Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer und Toilette.Eine schmale enge Wendeltreppe führt in den ersten Stock mit Schlafzimmer, Bad und Kinderzimmer mit zwei Betten. Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Küchengerät. Für uns zu viel, so dass kein Platz mehr für die eigenen Lebensmittel und Utensilien war. Auch die vom Vormieter zurückgelassenen Lebensmittel vorzufinden ist nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefühlt und können es mit den genannten Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) haben drei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Da wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, war das Haus umso mehr ein Glücksfall. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und man hat mehrere Strände in Fussreichweitte sowie den Hafen Portsall, den man mit einem Spaziergang zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichen kann. Der direkt vor der Haustür vorbeiführende Wanderweg GR 34 lädt bei gemischtem Wetter zu langen Spaziergängen ein und man kann mit den Kindern super über die vielen Felslandschaften klettern. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küche, die mit weitem Abstand die beste Ausstattung hat, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Die Übergabe durch die Eltern der Vermieterin und die Verabschiedung durch die Vermieterin persönlich waren sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen (haben noch nie so eine gut einrichtete Küche vorgefunden). Die Lage ist einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt und sehr ruhig. Heißt auch, dass man zum nächsten Supermarkt etwas fahren muss. Insgesamt ist das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert.

Logement très bien situé à proximité de la mer,au calme, parfait pour vous ressourcer ! La région est magnifique, si vous aimez la nature, vous serez "aux anges", De plus, le Logement était parfait, très propre et tout y était pour être comme chez soi... De plus, les parents des propriétaires du logement situés à proximité sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et en même temps très discret pour respecter votre intimité, Ils nous ont même montré comment s'y prendre pour la pêche aux petites crevettes roses, avec toute la magie que peut comporter le milieu de la faune marine ! Je vous recommande pleinement cette location ! Merci pour tout et on espère pouvoir revenir un jour !

Gîte très agréable

Excellent pied à terre pour visiter ce coin de « bout du monde » qui plaira aux amateurs de coins très tranquille. Parfait pour une famille. Petite maison bien pensée, très propre, confortable, très pratique au quotidien et très très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Enfin une location où il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut, pour bien cuisiner comme pour le reste, ce qui fait qu’on s’y sent comme chez soi et qu’on y est bien.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und erwarteten uns bereits bretonisches Gebäck und Cidre! Insgesamt haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 7 und 9 J) zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über das vorhandene Spielzeug gefreut, erste Lese-Versuche im französischen Asterix-Band unternommen und im Garten gespielt und auch ein Kicker-Match gehörte natürlich dazu! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Vom Badezimmer und Kinderzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Nach wenigen Schritten erreicht man bereits den Strand oder auch den Wanderweg. So konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Sehr schön ist ebenfalls der Strand „Plage des trois moutons“, der sehr weitläufig ist und aufgrund der geringen Steigung perfekt für Kinder zum Baden geeignet ist. Insgesamt hatten wir eine großartige Zeit und werden sicher einmal zurückkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!
