That said, we are truly sorry for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered upon arrival. What you described in the bathrooms and dresser drawer is not acceptable and is taken very seriously. We sincerely apologize for this experience and understand how concerning and upsetting that must have been. Your comments have been escalated to our housekeeping and management teams for immediate review and follow-up. We also appreciate your additional feedback regarding the condition of the fixtures and overall maintenance of the unit. To clarify for future guests, we do provide a starter set of essentials including toilet tissue, a roll of paper towels, and a few trash bags to help you get settled in. As noted in our listing, we do not offer a towel or linen exchange during your stay. However, each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, allowing you to refresh your items as needed throughout your visit. We always recommend guests bring any additional items they may need for a more comfortable stay. We appreciate your input and will continue working to improve the guest experience.
