House is located near UCF ( 5min. away) in a quiet neiborhood close to shopping , restaurants and entertainment .
House has original European artwork throughout. It is welcoming, clean, unique and elegant. There are 2 bedrooms and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that becomes a queen size bed.
Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is newly updated. For the cooks out there ,there is everything needed to show your cooking skills: pots, pans , dishes, cups,glasses ,utensils and spices .
Bathroom offers a unique natural stone around the shower. Guests will have towels, shampoo conditioner ,and iron .

Great for UCF families to stay

We moved our child into UCF and needed a home base for the weekend and this was the perfect place. All the things you needed to wind down after a stressful move in. The only thing I would note is that it's a duplex. The neighbors were very quiet and the neighborhood seemed overall very quiet and nice. Juliana was only a phone call or text away with any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Staying at Juliana's place felt like staying at a friend's house. The place was clean, cozy, cute, comfortable, and I really enjoyed all of her original artwork. It was gorgeous. It was in a quiet, old Florida neighborhood, which seemed like mostly families nearby. The location was nice and close to the facility we needed to attend. Juliana was extremely available and responsive the few times I needed to make contact. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed speaking with Juliana. I left with the feeling that she and I would easily become friends if we ever met in person. Thanks! ;-)
