The Atlantic Oasis is one of three apartments at the Nags Head Landing cottage. It is centrally located in the heart of Nags Head. This newly renovated 600 SQFT apartment is located just steps from the beach. The unit has everything you need. The Old Nags Head style covered-porch faces south and has views of the beach access. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a full size tub shower and a 31" vanity. The living area has an open floor plan with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV. The covered front porch is located just off the living room. It is a great place to take in the salt air and relax. The apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. The Albatross Street Beach access is located only 300' (less than a football field!) away. The apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is also within Biking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path.

This is a great place for a couple or a small family looking for a spacious vacation rental.

Anniversary weekend

We came to Nags Head when we got married 38 years ago and we wanted to experience some of the things we did then. This cottage was very cozy and clean and close to the beach and restaurants unfortunately the weather was not good for the beach but we found other things to do. We only stayed 3 nights and if we had stayed a week or longer would have wanted a place with a washer and dryer. The kitchen stove needs to be updated. It was cozy for 2 people. GREAT PLACE

This space was perfect for two. It's roomu with adorable decor, and was super clean on arrival. The location at MP 10 is ideal to getting anywhere you want in no time. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great porch for sitting and reading. Just loved it.

This was everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Good location as a base camp, a 30-second walk to the beach, all the essential appliances, priced perfectly… It was cozy, comfortable, and nice!
