Lake Simcoe Water Front Cottage

The lake Simcoe region is a favourite year round holiday destination with any area events and attraction.
This is family waterfront cottage with a
beautiful spacious open concept kitchen,dining & living room.
Another separated of the house room with pool table,sauna, TV& 2 sofa beds. (4 sofa beds all in total). Summary:4 + 1 bedrooms
Perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, sky nearby Horseshoe Valley or MT.St. Louise.
2 minutes walk to boat lounge,
7 minutes walk to the park with a beautiful beach and playground

Hot tub available for extra fee, please let me know if you want it.
No eating or smoking in the hot tub. Plastic glasses only. When done, turn the temperature down to 100 degrees and put cover back on and fasten with the clip. In winter you may need to take snow off the cover.

Few towels, pillows, linens, bedding are provided. You are welcome to bring your own slippers but we provide few pairs.
House should be maintained in same cleanliness as check-in while you leave. All garbage should be separated and placed in the bags and bins. Never leave any food garbage outside of the house overnight to attract animals.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum late at night.
Fire pit should be extinguished when you leave for sleeping or departure, the wing is strong enough to cause fire. Otherwise you would be responsible for any fire damage.l
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Please discard cigarette butts outside the house in a safer manner. NEVER leave on the ground or grass.
Use indoor fireplace with extremely caution.
The property is on septic system. Please DO NOT flush any solid food, chemical and feminine products into the toilet at anytime. You could be responsible for any damage.
Any loose or damage made in property will cause your penalty
The house is privately owned . The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injures, illness , loos of personal belongings or valuable of the guest that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

This was the perfect place for our family. The location right on the lake was fantastic! Sauna, pool table, kayaks, canoe, foosball, outdoor furniture, etc.. and the house was very well outfitted. We would love to return!

Beautiful cottage with tons of activities

This cottage was stunning and clean inside. King beds, tons of sofa space, beautiful kitchen. Water on Lake Simcoe was clear and fishing was great. Best cottage weve ever been to. Host was amazing to deal with. Will go again soon.

A beautiful property that had everything we needed inside and out!

We had a fantastic time at this home with our extended (3 generations) family. The home was stocked with plenty of everything we needed – much more than we expected. We will definitely consider returning! A couple of very small things that might help other travelers: - Entry to the water is from the dock only and would be difficult with small children. Don’t let this deter you - there is a beautiful public beach close by and there’s plenty of space to play on the grass around the home. - Don’t park your car in the boat launch lot for even 5 minutes – you will get a ticket! - WiFi and cell service are a little unpredictable. - There's lots to watch on the TV but everything is streamed. There are no "cable/regular" channels.

Fantastic property and great hosts!

Stayed a week in this cottage with my wife and 3 kids and it was everything and more than we could have hoped for! Gorgeous place that has all the comforts of home. Olesea was a wonderful host and was very responsive with any questions that i had. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience your cottage, we made alot of great memories that will stay with us for life. Excellent property that i would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect getaway

A beautiful property with everything thoughtfully laid out and spotlessly clean. It was very private with a beautiful view of the lake from all over the cottage and lots of outdoor seating. The kitchen has everything needed to make a thanksgiving dinner. Olesea was very prompt with any questions we had. We had a wonderful relaxing time!

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Each bedroom has a king bed and the sofa beds are comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked. The dock is lovely and there is access to some boating equipment. The water was only calm enough on one of our four days and the access to swim looked quite rocky. The water is really clear. On the other days, we swam at the nearby beach. The sand is well maintained and the playground is great for kids. Lots of picnic tables in the shade as well. The guest house has a pool table, foosball, darts and even a large sauna. The house was extremely clean and they provided plenty of toilet paper, bath and beach towels, and bedding. We hope to return next year.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. The house and games room were so nice....perfectly clean and well furnished. Almost all of the couches were also pull out beds which we didnt realize when we booked it! Form the king beds to the 80 inch tv to the multiple outdoor chilling areas, we were really comfortable. Everything on this property is top notch. Olesea was a pleasure to deal with and made things very easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Cottage!

Beautiful property and very clean! Lots of space for groups of 10-12 people. Water is very nice with boat launch 30 secs away. Overall great stay
