Lake house on Simcoe

Our renovated cozy waterfront cottage is a quick drive from Toronto. A morning coffee on our patio in the summer months or a soak in the hot tub under the stars are fantastic ways to start and end your day. The morning view from the bedrooms and living room speaks for itself.

You have access to the house with private access to the lake located a few steps away. 2 parking spaces available in the driveway. No parking on the street.

We have a gas BBQ available for you to use (all seasons) as well as a fire pit in the summer months. Garbage and recycling pickup is every Monday morning. Please put the boxes by the entrance of the property.

Due to severe allergies within our household we have a zero pet policy at the cottage. NO PETS allowed during any time of your stay at the cottage. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in your canceled reservation and no refund will be granted.

Security cameras at the property for your safety.

We are on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything other than the toilet paper that is provided (No paper towels, tissues, feminine products, baby wipes or other items).

(Life jackets available for adults, we strongly advise for guests to bring their own PFD’s for adequate fit. Must bring children’s lifejackets)

The noise bylaw in effect by city of Oro-medonte is between 10pm - 7am. Please ensure you keep the noise down outside within this time frame.

Minimum booking age is 30+.

Maximum 5 people at the property at all times. No parties.

Please do not walk on other peoples property and dock (our private dock only). The promenade is available for all to walk along the water.

Lovely stay in a lovely house

We had an very nice overall stay. Everything you need is in the house and Diana was very helpfull. The location is also very private and we loved going out on the lake.

Beautiful place to stay!

This property had everything we were looking for in a cottage! The waterfront location was perfect with a lovely dock to sit on and relax while the kids had fun in the water with all the boats and paddleboards which were included with the rental. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The well-stocked kitchen and nice big BBQ made cooking a breeze. Diana was very quick to reply to any questions we had and was a very helpful host. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Property!

The cottage was better than expected. A great open concept place with a beautiful view of the lake. Diana was very responsive to our questions. Overall it was a fantastic stay.
