Pelican Point (H) Beachfront Sandy Beach ..... studio Surf

This is our newest apartment, it has a big Murphey bed and a queen bed in the loft. It has Spanish tile floors and elaborate woodworking in a limited redwood found only in Puerto Rico. This apartment is the only apartment without a living room or a kitchen but has a small refrigerator and a microwave and wine racks. It opens into the gated private courtyard and is a great option for vacationers who eat out and want a less expensive beachfront apt. The apt opens into the gated private courtyard and has a 50" smart TV, coffee marker, Microwave and mini-frig.

Wonderful place to stay1

The property was everything advertised. We would definitely stay there again. The beach is beautiful and the property is well maintained. Only thing I would change is put up a door to the bathroom.

Location location location

You can't beat the location. It's literal steps to the beach and the beach in front of the property is very nice. Ther are certain areas of the beach that are rocky and full of debris further down but in front of this property is perfect. There are lights off great places to eat nearby, and a place right next door if you really don't want to go far. The unit is not fancy. but it has everything we needed and were had a great time.

Clean and cozy, fantastic location

Great spot at Sandy Beach. The spot is walkable to great restaurants like Casa Verde, Casa Islena, etc. The backyard area is right on the beach and amazing. The wifi works great back there so I was able to work remotely from the hammocks and shaded areas. The rooms have a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and everything was clean and worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Favorite place in PR!

Based on the online listing, we were a little nervous. Turned out to be our favorite stop in a week of island travel. Carlos was like an old friend. We are planning on bringing our family back next year!
