The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all used towels in the bathtub. Leave the all linens on the beds. Our housekeepers will strip the beds and toss them in the wash.
2. Turn off appliances; microwave/fridge door closed
3. Garbage drop off is in parking lot with the single car garage door! Just press the garage door button and toss the garbage.
4. Recycling is beside the garbage area. Please be responsible.
T. Ensure you leave the Banff Pass on pegboard so our next guests can enjoy the Rocky Mountains.
6. Message our cleaning team at (403) 870-9233 stating you checked out of "Mystic Springs" in Canmore.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
