Welcome to Villa A-5 "Island Time" on beautiful St George Island! All new outdoor weatherproof decking for Spring 2024! We invite you to explore this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach front condo! Island Time is an upstairs condo with 2 sets of stairs inside for twice the view! You are conveniently located downtown at the Villas of St. George with parking right outside your door. The Villa's complex private pool is only steps away with plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a private walkway to the beach.
You can add a golf cart, bicycles, kayak, stand up paddle board, beach chairs and more with a discount, please inquire with us when making your reservation for details.

On the top level looking out the wide glass doors and windows in the master bedroom, you will know you are at the beach! Completely clear unobstructed views of sky, sand and sea! These breathtaking balcony views are great for bird & dolphin sighting, drone flying, selfies, and more! Balconies from the living room and master bedroom are private with privacy walls on each side.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances pots pans toaster coffee maker it is turnkey. All sheets and towels are provided, beds will be made upon arrival.
All T.V.s in the house are HDTV flat screens, and YES! There is FREE WI-FI, cable. Throughout the condo are tranquil shades of blue, grey, and aqua to give a relaxed feel. Decorated with nautical detail to make our guest feel the ambiance of St. George Island. Being a top level unit you’ll have panoramic views and no one walking around above your head.

House will be professionally clean upon your arrival and includes bed linens, and towels for your convenience. Contact is available 24/7 during your stay should you need any assistance. In order to save guest money, we do not require you to purchase rental insurance to rent this property; however, we highly suggest you purchase rental insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Everything was great. We had an issue one morning with the upstairs ac unit leaking and dripping downstairs. I contacted the manager through this app and he immediately responded and maintence was there before we even got ready to go out to the beach for the day. Girls Weekend

My girls and I go to the beach every year for our Girls Only time. We loved the villa we stayed in which was beach front. It was decorated nicely, very clean and worked out perfect for our weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach front Villa

This property is close to restraunts and shops. It has great ocean views from living room and Master bedroom..all rentals are close and lots of fishing in the area. Apalachicola is about 15 min away for great shops and more restaurants and a neat historical town.
