Thank you for your review. As we spoke about during your visit we did offer to bring the cleaning crew back out the next day as well as have the exterminator come out, but where declined. We have worked with the Cleaning company to provide an inspection after cleanings to insure this does not happen again and we confine to maintain regular pest control services.

I’m very sorry you where unhappy with your stay. And I’m sorry our efforts to resolve your issues did not meet your expectations. We are a privately owned home not a property management company and we try to avoid interrupting a guest’s stay by doing reported minor improvements or repairs on check out days. Thank you for your suggestions, these items had not been reported to us prior to your stay and I will personally look at each improvement suggestion you sent and address it. We worked with the WiFi provider while you where there and I’m sorry they could not resolve the issue to your satisfaction but I will continue to work with them to improve the WiFi in the house.

Regarding the water heater, I understand how inconvenient it must have been to deal with cold showers, especially while preparing for a wedding. When the issue was brought to my attention, I immediately arranged for a technician to address it during your stay. While the repair temporarily resolved the issue, I later decided to replace the water heater entirely to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems. Concerning the dishwasher, I want to clarify that it has been checked and is working properly. I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel the need to wash dishes by hand, and I apologize for any miscommunication about its functionality during your stay. The mention of pests and cleanliness is something I take very seriously. Although I wasn’t made aware of these concerns until after your stay, I still had the exterminator return and professionally treat again as a precaution. Since your visit, no further issues have been reported. The plywood on the balcony was related to hurricane preparation and should have been removed before your stay. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and the inconvenience it caused. The balcony is now fully clear and ready to enjoy. I always strive to provide my guests with the best possible experience, and I value open communication so that any issues can be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, I was not notified of these concerns until the end of your stay. I wish I had been given the opportunity to address them sooner to make your visit more comfortable. While I did provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, I understand that it may not have met your expectations.
