Villa on the coast with many beaches and coves in the immediate vicinity. Walk 400 meters. Right in the Corsican maquis without any opposite, the nearest neighboring house 1km. At the end of the runway from the port of Tizzano is the last house after 4.5 kms of track along the sea and through the bush. Former sheepfold converted house with veranda and covered terrace.
The house has a living room with fully equipped kitchen of 27 m2, an office, a veranda, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. For a total of 70 m2. There are 6 beds, 1 double bed in one bedroom and 2 x 2 bunk beds in the other room.
There is also a large covered terrace of 40 m2 with table built into the rock, sofas with direct views of the sea.
The beaches and coves are many nearby. 5 minutes walk. The villa is located on the route of a famous and famous hiking trail (Tizzano-Senetosa - Campomoro).

La location, il patio e la piscina con vista mare e maquis sono stupende, hanno superato le aspettative. Il litorale circostante è bellissimo da esplorare.E' necessaria una macchina alta per arrivare a casa e per esplorare le spiagge vicine, ma proprio questo rende il posto unico e selvaggio, è per amanti della natura e della quiete. Speriamo che tutto rimanga così immacolato.In casa ci sono tutti i comfort e Alain è sempre stato disponibile per informazioni.

Très agréable villa avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée et la Sardaigne au loin. Idéal pour qui recherche nature et tranquillité (mais il faut une voiture adaptée ou un 4x4 pour accéder par une piste de terre et caillou). Il y a de très belles criques où se baigner à 10/15 minutes à pied. Un séjour en famille inoubliable !

Le calme absolu au milieu du chant des cigales, seul le passage des bateaux, au loin, vient perturber une sieste dans le hamac ! Amateur d'authenticité, cette maison au milieu du maquis est un havre de quiétude et d'évasion loin de la civilisation du mois d'août ... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le patio et la table bâtie autour d'un rocher, la maison est très agréable à vivre avec toutes les commodités. Nous reviendrons en famille dès que possible. Excellente adresse en Corse ! Nous parcourons la Corse depuis 25 ans ...C'est notre meilleure adresse. Famille PIERROT

Wunderschönes Haus in einmaliger, ruhiger Lage, schöner luftiger Garten mit Blick auf´s Meer

Das schöne, modernisierte Bruchsteinhaus liegt mitten in der typischen südkorsischen Landschaft. Die zum Teil überdachte Terrasse mit schönem Pflanzenbestand lädt dazu ein, mit Blick auf´s Meer in luftiger Atmosphäre den Tag zu genießen. Ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, über den Küstenwanderweg kann man vom Haus aus weitere schöne kleine Buchten und Strände erwandern. Möchte man etwas von Korsika sehen, muss man bereit sein, auf den kurvigen Straßen eine Weile unterwegs zu sein. Für die letzte Strecke zum Haus hat sich unser Allradwagen sehr bewährt. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr herzlich, freundlich und unkompliziert

Excellent

Vous bénéficierez du calme absolu dans cette ancienne bergerie, perdue dans le maquis et accrochée sur un flanc de colline parfaitement orienté. La vue est imprenable avec la mer à moins de dix minutes à pieds. Nous y retournons chaque année depuis trois ans avec nos deux enfants.

Un coin perdu de paradis

C'est un endroit perdu entre mer et maquis. Un vrai hâvre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises et nous y retournons avec bonheur. Si vous aimez le calme, la contemplation c'est un endroit idéal.

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus in mitten der Natur

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus in mitten der Natur und abseits der Touristenzentren, daher bestens geeignet für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Der Blick über die Macchia zum nahe gelegenen Meer ist traumhaft. Einsame Buchten und Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, als Ausgangspunkt für Küstenwanderwege bestens geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse lädt speziell abends zum Verweilen ein. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Abwicklung verlief völlig unproblematisch. Für die Anfahrt zum Haus empfehlen wir ein geländetaugliches Fahrzeug, da die Zufahrt auf unbefestigten Wegen verläuft. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

What makes this property unique

Villa en plein maquis corse sans aucun vis à vis, maison voisine la plus proche à 1km. Au bout de la piste partant du port de Tizzano et longeant la mer. Ancienne bergerie aménagée en villa avec piscine, véranda et terrasse couverte. 3 chambres plus une 4éme chambre d'hôte indépendante. Idéal pour 2 petites familles.
La villa est composée d'un salon avec cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée de 30 m2, 3 chambres entièrement rénovées, une salle de bains avec wc plus un autre wc indépendant. Pour un total de 100 m2. Il y a 7 couchages dans la villa. 1 lit double dans une chambre. 1 lit double avec 1 lit simple dans une autre. 1 lit double avec dressing et vue mer à couper le souffle pour la 3éme.
Plus une 4éme chambre d'hôte indépendante sous la grande terrasse de la piscine avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Avec sa propre salle de bains et wc.

Vous profiterez également d'une grande terrasse couverte de 40 m2 avec table intégré dans le rocher, canapés avec vue directe sur la mer.
Et bien sûr la très grande piscine de 12x5m pour 1,50m de profondeur. Avec volet électrique pour la sécurité. Immense plage faisant le tour de la piscine et communiquant directement avec la villa.
Les plages et criques sont nombreuses à proximité. 8 minutes à pied.
4*4 ou véhicule haut indispensable.
