This luxury cabin is located on a hilltop surrounded by 6 acres of private woods and meadows. While this secluded cabin is tucked into the beauty of the mountains, it is easy to get to. There are no dangerous mountain roads or drives with blind switchbacks. The access is easy and straight, making it an easy drive year-round.

Panoramic Happiness is close to Ocoee River and North Georgia mountains. It is just minutes from the Ocoee Whitewater Center, rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, zip lines, hiking, horseback riding, restaurants, shops, stores of Copperhill, McCaysville, Ducktown and only 17 miles from downtown Blue Ridge.

Featuring 7 large bedrooms with 15 beds overall and 4 baths, Panoramic Happiness is perfect for large groups up to 23 guests. It is handicap friendly with a wide bathroom door and grab bar in the bathtub. It has a ramp at the entrance so wheelchair can get inside easily on the main floor (No wheelchair access to basement or upstairs)

The front deck is a great place for a leisurely breakfast, reading or enjoying the hot tub and year round tranquil view of “Big Frog Mountain”, part of the Cherokee National Forest. The spacious front and back yard is perfect for any outdoor games or activities. You will feel immersed in nature the whole time you are here.
(During winter time, you might found ladybug everywhere because local government release them for sustainable pest control programs)

No events allowed unless getting permissions from the host(small weddings).

Base price is for 10 guests. A fee of $25/night will be charged for each additional guest after 10. Booking page total will calculate all the fees automatically at booking. Kids 2 and under stay free.

This was the perfect house for 11 friends to enjoy the weekend in a quiet setting. I loved having two dining tables, but the chairs for the larger table are old and need to be replaced.

Great location and amenities, kitchen was the best stocked kitchen as far as cooking equipment. The communication is sketchy but email works great and any issues was quickly resolved, would definitely stay there again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely cabin. Plenty of room, lots to do and our favorite part was the outdoor space. It was privateand secluded with plenty of room for the kids to play. We would definitely stay again!

An excellent and beautiful location for a work retreat!

My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panoramic Happiness. It was a very clean, beautiful property with plenty of room for all of us in our department. The long dining table was especially utilized for our work on Friday and Saturday. The back porch was lovely for gazing at the terrific view. The owner was very helpful when I had some trouble accessing the property documents we needed. We had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin over the past weekend (12/12-12/15). The space was incredibly cozy yet very spacious. It was a perfect fit for our large family. The layout, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it an amazing place to relax and spend time together.There were a few minor items that we noted on the attached inspection list that could use attention, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. One item worth mentioning is the presence of lady bugs inside the cabin. We understand that the local government releases lady bugs in the area to help control pests, which is completely understandable. However, there were hundreds of dead lady bugs visible throughout the cabin, and it would have been appreciated if these had been removed prior to our arrival. Additionally, this would be helpful information to disclose during the booking process rather than only in the information binder provided at check-in. Despite this, our family truly loved the cabin and had a wonderful stay. We would absolutely rent again in the future and look forward to returning.

Great Get Away Weekend

A group of 11 adults (some couples, some not) stayed two nights. Even though it rained off and on and we were inside most of the time we didn't feel cramped. Kitchen was good, even cooking for 11. Plenty of seating. Everyone had a great time. The views from the property are wonderful. The property managers were very communicative and gave great instructions. I would come back here again!

The cabin was a great size, very roomy, kitchen was stocked very well. The hot water wasn't very hot so most showers were warm. Made it difficult to wash dishes and make sure they were clean with the warm water temperature. The hot tub instructions were to allow the hot tub to heat up for several hours in order to use but it took 2 1/2 days for it to heat up. The hot tub has a leak and water is emptied daily so you have to keep filling it up with a hose. The cabin is a great property with beautiful views. The hot water issue and hot tub need to be addressed.

I wish these issues were brought to my attention during the stay so they could be addressed quickly. One common reason for not enough hot water is that too many guests took showers at the same time or for a long period. More often than not, the hot tub not heating up is because the setting got messed up. I could have sent helper to check it out if I knew there were issues.

We rented Jason’s cabin last year and had such a good time, we came back again this year. Hopefully we will do it again next year! It’s great for big groups and kids, and Jason is really easy to work with.
