Luxury townhouse located just minutes off of GA-400 to give you very convenient access to all of the Atlanta Metro Area.

This townhouse has been completely renovated and just in market in Jan 2018. It has Granite countertops and high-end appliances. It has a backyard with a grill and privacy. Brand new furniture throughout the house.

There are 2 family rooms with luxury sofas in both. 55” TV in the family room.

Master bedroom has 1 king size bed with a 42” Flat Screen TV. The second room has a 1 queen size bed. Kids can enjoy the bunk beds located in the 3rd bedroom. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath on the main floor.

All Utilities including Internet and Cable are inclusive.
