The check-in/out process was clear and easy. The property is conveniently located and has scenic views. Several wildlife sightings from the home and the deck is a great place to enjoy the night sky. The neighborhood is very quiet as well for a good night’s sleep. No communication with the host, but their property manager was responsive to our needs.

The property was fantastic, just as advertised. The community where the house is located was lovely and quiet but also conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We especially appreciated that there were three full bathrooms and that the beds and bedding were comfortable and high quality. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was great. Location is convenient to all the ski resorts we visited. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 small kids. Kitchen was stocked well. Wish there had been more snow for our trip but the house was perfect.

Excellent home for our family ski vacation -- although it's too bad there wasn't a bit more snow :(!! This was the perfect spot to come back to after skiing to rest and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and a perfect place to make breakfast and dinner. Even my sister, who tends to be a bit picky, said this was a great find!! We will be back!!

8/10 Good

Good Property Bad Supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Summit Sky Ranch several times in the past and this property was a good example of it. However, the supplies (hand soap, shampoo, etc.) provided by the management company were very poor quality. They irritated our skin and we had to buy everything by ourselves.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 Mar 2026
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again at Summit Sky Ranch—we’re glad to hear the property met your expectations overall. We do want to note that the toiletries provided are standard hotel-style amenity bottles. We’re sorry to hear they didn’t work well for you, as we understand sensitivities can vary. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to host you again in the future!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

The house was a great base for our time in the mountains: clean, stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views were stunning and the quiet neighborhood was a perfect retreat! We'd absolutely stay again!

We did not cook much but the kitchen seemed adequate. We stayed 2 days. Bathrooms were excellent, and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit of a trek from Silverthorne, but the advantage is that it is quiet. The property managers texted frequently, but were not of much help at our departure. We found the garbage/recycle depot at departure, but the access codes did not work--so we hauled our garbage back to Denver. Fortunately it was only 2 days worth.
