Property Description
Allegra 133 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located in The Ponds at Blue River in Silverthorne. Sleeps 6. Large, private hot tub overlooking the lake to the mountains. Unit is waterfront on North Pond with amazing views. Bring your fishing license, SUP or your ice skates because you are right on the water. Leather furniture, gas fireplace, flatscreen and large windows in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped, granite tile kitchen with a kitchen bar that seats 3. Dining table with large window seats 6. Mountain views throughout the unit. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Beautiful grounds. Walk to the nearby Rec Path or North Pond Park. View the giant Osprey nest out the windows.

Saw a moose from the hot tub

This place was great. Fishing in the pond was awesome and we even saw a moose walk by in the pond while sitting in the hot tub.

Nicely appointed with lovely views

Our family enjoyed our stay here... with the house nicely appointed and set up well for families with children. The hot tub was a welcomed treat following a day of ice hockey, snowshoeing or skiing. Property management firm was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

We especially liked the location which provided good views and was not to far from town but not cramped in a large condo complex. We were very happy with the rental but a few improvements could be more comfortable chairs on the patio and at least on the king bed the sheets were poor fitting. We rented in the summer and on a hot week for the area. Usually you don’t need A/C but in late afternoon and early evening the upstairs bedroom got warm and we could not get A/C to adjust temp.. Not a big deal but would have been nice to cool the condo down in early evening. The checkin in and check out process was flawless, very easy.

The view of the pond and the mountains beyond always made us dawdle over long cups of coffee. With binoculars, we monitored Ospreys raising their chicks. The cool nights and fresh air made us sleep soundly. Cocktails in the spa were a pleasant ending to every special day of hiking, biking and visiting old friends. The only quibble was the small garage and difficulty getting into the garage because of a light pole. (We soon mastered this.)

A wonderful week at Allegra on the North Pond

Our second vacation in this area - this time in early October. The condo was exactly as described - lovely master bedroom & bath, well-equipped kitchen, and clean hot tub with incredible views of the Gore Mountain Range. The pond is truly less than 50 feet from the back porch and we caught (and released) dozens of fish. Serious fly fishing is less than 3 miles away on the Blue River. Initially we were unable to get the gas fireplace started, the property manager sent out a maintenance person the following day and it was quickly remedied. A wonderful property for a relaxing vacation!
