Short one-minute walk to deeded beach access. Newly remodeled kitchen, paint, furniture and appliances. Enjoy all the amenities of beach living.

Sleeps 14: 5 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms. One King, Two Queens, One double bunk bedroom, One bunk
bed with trundle and a sleeper sofa. First floor has two bedrooms (Queen/bunk room with trundle and
sleeper sofa), living area and full-size washer/dryer. Second floor has one bedroom (King), ½ bath,
kitchen, dining and living room. Third floor has one queen bedroom with private deck and double bunk
bedroom. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and smart tvs. The main living room features
open kitchen/dining and living room. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry. Plenty of closet space. There
are decks off every level. Community has two
pools with a short walking distance and a short one-two minute walk to beach.
Top of the Dunes is a perfect multi-family getaway with plenty of space for everyone. Outside patio
area with gas BBQ. Close to Seaside, restaurants and shopping. There is parking for two cars with
overflow on Eastern Lake Drive.

Great Place - Accurate description

Place was clean and nice and the pictures matched the experience. The only thing missing from the place was bikes (4) mentioned in the description but they give a discount on local rentals. Managers were responsive and really accommodating. Made for an easy stay and in-and-out.

Senior trip

The house was perfect for our group of Mom’s and sons. We had plenty of room to spread out and the walk to the beach was basically 0.10 of a mile away. The pool is 2 houses down. Perfect!

Nice family vacation spot

We had 2 families of 4 and grandparents staying at the property. It was a good location with a pool next door and the beach within walking distance. The house was a good size for our group and well-stocked. It was a little dirty for our liking - it could use a good pressure wash on the outside and potentially an updated paint job inside. We couldn't get the ceiling fan to work in the main family room. The grill was not working but they sent someone to fix it quickly and then it was fine for the rest of the trip. The parking is tight - we were lucky our next-door neighbor let us use a spot for our 3rd car. We rented beach chairs that were delivered to the house. I would have probably just rented from the company directly on the beach if I knew it existed - it would have been more convenient not to haul our stuff and also they took the front row spots.
