Beautiful Nantucket Home Near Beach With Pool - Sleeps 14

This sophisticated and stylish four bedroom home with a pool offers modern high end finishes and top of the line appointments. Miacomet Preserve is a stylish recent community of nineteen homes, tastefully designed by architect Andrew D. Kotchen of Workshop/APD, taking full advantage of the surrounding pristine Conservation Land and the nearby unspoiled south shore beaches. These sophisticated properties offer modern high-end finishes, top of the line appointments and an attractive layout ideal for summer living and enjoyment. This home offers three finished levels, with four bedroom suites and four bathrooms plus 2 half and an outdoor shower. The home is surrounded by mature landscaping and enhanced with a private swimming pool, lounge and dining furniture and outdoor shower. In 2025, we added an outdoor gazebo connecting pool and backyard with outdoor TV, bar seating, speakers, fridge and sink. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area as you stroll or bike by nearby Miacomet Pond on your way down to the lovely beach found at the end of Maicomet Road, 0.8 miles away.

First Floor Description

Open living, dining and kitchen area with glass doors opening out to the blue stone patio and pool area on one side and a fenced-in yard with blue stone patio and dining furniture out back. The first floor includes an en-suite bedroom (queen bed) and also a powder room, laundry room and mud room.

Second Floor Description

The master suite has a king sized bed with private deck, cathedral ceilings and large shower. The two guest bedrooms also have their own private baths (one with a tub/shower). One has a queen, the other has a king.

Lower Level: Spacious media room with sleeper sofa (2 pull out beds), 65" TV, custom built-ins, seating and ping pong table. Large separate bunk room (4 full beds) and half bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout was perfect for our group, well-stocked, and exactly as described. With beautiful weather, we spent much of our time enjoying the backyard and outdoor dining area. The location was ideal—walking distance to Miacomet Beach, 45 Surfside for breakfast, and even a longer walk into town for a workout. Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

We had the most amazing time staying at Jeff’s home. We made lifelong memories with our family and friends! This house was absolutely gorgeous and slept our group of 15 very comfortably. There was endless supply of towels, beach chairs, games, etc. It was fairly close to downtown and to the beach. The owner Jeff responded to all questions and was so nice. Highly recommend!

Expectations were high for our stay in Nantucket and Jeff's house certainly exceeded all. Unfortunately we had poor weather while on the island so the use of this property's open floor plan and ample entertainment space made a positive impact on our visit.
