This beautiful house is only steps to town, the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Walk a short distance to the Wave (free transportation to the beach of your choice). Back decks look out over Lily Pond Conservation Park where you can take a stroll in the evening. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and all the amenities for the beach. This is a truly unique location where you are so close to downtown Nantucket yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town. It is a 10 min walk to the ferry and a 5 min walk to town. Excellent stay in town!

Our group of 7 adults and 2 infants had such a wonderful long-weekend stay at this house! The house is exactly as described and is in the perfect location (5 min walk to town). The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great location; spacious and comfortable

My family of eight had a great vacation and this house was the perfect location. Convenient walkable access to Nantucket shops and restaurants. We used bikes to travel to Jetties Beach. Other parts of the island are easily reached by taxi or Uber. House is nicely appointed, clean and maintained.

Ideal Location and Perfect for Large Group

What a lovely, welcoming property. Perfect layout for a larger group with a separate sleeping unit on the lower level with private full bath as well as an outside shower. The in-town location was exactly what we were looking for - close to restaurants, shopping, thrifting, the water, hiking, transportation, etc. Steps Beach (just about 1 mile, easy walk), was our beach and we walked to town each night to experience all of the fabulous dining and entertainment options. Pack comfortable shoes when visiting Nantucket! We expect to return again and again.
