This beautiful house is only steps to town, the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Walk a short distance to the Wave (free transportation to the beach of your choice). Back decks look out over Lily Pond Conservation Park where you can take a stroll in the evening. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and all the amenities for the beach. This is a truly unique location where you are so close to downtown Nantucket yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town. It is a 10 min walk to the ferry and a 5 min walk to town.
