The Garden House is a beautiful two storey, two double bedroom guest house. Set in delightful gardens, the house has its own entrance across a little bridge and is set away from the main house, offering privacy and tranquility. Located 5 mins drive from exclusive hotel, Rancho Valencia and The Farms Golf Club. The beaches of Del Mar and Solana Beach are a 15 min drive away and Torrey Pines beach 20 mins.
On the First Floor, there is a spacious open plan lounge with sectional sofa and coffee table. Floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful views over the garden. There is a fully equipped galley kitchen which was remodeled Jan 2020. It has a two ring stove top, large family fridge/freezer, large smart oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and sink. Doors lead out onto a large private shaded roof terrace with outdoor furniture and dining, offering beautiful views of the gardens.
Downstairs are two large double bedrooms,. The master has a king sized bed. Remodeled (2022) ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and vanity area. Closet. French doors lead out onto a covered patio. The guest room has a queen bed with remodeled ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilets. There is an inset wardrobe with additional inset 4 drawers. There is a large closet which houses the washing machine and dryer. French doors lead out onto the patio which has additional outdoor furniture and a sun lounger.

There is off street parking for two cars. There is a family dog on the property. We do not allow pets in The Garden House. This house has surveillance by two external cameras. Charging for Tesla EVs is available for an additional charge. The property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
