Rent this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in sunny Fort Myers, Florida! Perfect for snowbirds looking to get away from the cold for a few months. The community is a peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of Fort Myers. Only a 25 minute drive to Southwest Florida Airport, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. Only a 15 minute drive to the Minnesota Twins Baseball Spring Training Field. Only 5 minutes from historic downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more!

This complex is occupied by mostly retired snowbirds and is a very quiet, reserved community. Loud noises, partying or breaking rules will not be tolerated at all. The association requires each renter to complete an application and background check which you will need to do at least 2 weeks before rental period. You will also be required to read and sign the association rules and regulations. While this process takes a bit of time, it does assure you that you will stay in a safe, serene location! :)

This unit has been completely remodeled and will be our retirement home when the time comes. Please treat everything with care as if it is your own.

Center Court Condo vacation

This was our second year vacationing in Ft Myers at the Center Court Condos. Our location was centrally located for enjoyment of the area and the condo was very clean and the we were able to enjoy the pool along with the other residents and guests. The owners were very open and accommodating to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property.

The Condo was perfect for us. Once we got over the cold spell there, the pool was the place to be. Meet and shared company with the other renters/owners, very enjoyable. There were posted activities that were available if interested and we did take advantage of many of them. The maintenance on the Condo grounds was second to none, everything was well maintained. Our Condo itself was spacious, clean and had all the amenities like home. All the rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable.

Ft Myers Winter Get-Away

This property was home to my husband and me for almost 3 months. It felt like home from the first day. Very clean and spacious and it had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We are back next winter for three months.

First Snow Bird Experience

Our first extended winter in Ft. Myers was enjoyable. The city and surrounding areas have much to offer. This condo was very suitable for the two of us with occasional visits of two others. The following provides our summary of the condo and complex. Positives: 1. Condo and facilities were as described. The condo was well equipped with everything needed to get you started. 2. Condo and complex were nice and well maintained. 3. Owners were very nice, responsive to questions/issues and easy to deal with. They met us upon arrival, showing us around and introducing us to some of the tenants. 4. Other tenants are very friendly and helpful. They held a complex wide potluck during our stay which helped us to meet others. 5. Condo is convenient to shopping, restaurants, numerous sightseeing areas and downtown. 6. Easy access to major N-S and E-W roads. 7. Covered parking spot very near condo and stairs/elevator. 8. New air conditioner and large, side by side refrigeratorl Issues: 1. Condo complex is adjacent to low income housing which lead to some minor issues…condo residents primarily did their exercise walking inside the complex. 2. The lanai was nice, but not scenic…overlooks three parking lots. 3. Dryer vent is prone to dust bunnies and could use thorough cleaning. Required us to pick up lint outside front door after every use as exhaust exits to walkway near front door. 4. Carpet could use a deep cleaning…not soiled or stained, but noticeably dirty if you walk around in white socks. 5. Condo required additional cleaning by us upon arrival due to previous tenant…cleaning lady and owners tried, but more work was required to get it up to our standards. 6. The amenities at the complex are limited…only a pool (which is nice and well maintained) and shuffleboard. As these aren't of keen interest to us, we left the complex daily for other entertainment. 7. Exercise facility has limited equipment that is old and well worn. 8. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There is little, if anything, the owners can do due to the condo construction. A minor inconvenience, but we wanted others to be aware. 9. Guest bedroom is dark and in need of additional lighting. A ceiling fan similar to the master bedroom would also be helpful. All in all, we had a good time and enjoyed the condo, complex and talking with the other tenants.

They have been coming to Florida for vacations since 2001 and decided that they would sometime like to retire here. Purchasing a condo as a vacation rental property until they can live here full time in the winter made a lot of sense to them.
