Elegant 1 Bedroom Ft. Myers Condo w/ swimming pool (long term rents available)

High-speed WiFi (30 mbps) is included. The couch has been upgraded and is very comfortable.

Remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo nicely furnished and fully equipped with all amenities you need. Close to the beach, shopping and the airport in Fort Myers. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the vibe of South west Florida.

This remodeled condo features a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher,) dining room with marble counter, living room with 40 inch TV, Apple TV, a couch that can be turned into an extra bed, and a tropical screened lanai with big sectional couch. Bath towels and very soft bamboo linens are provided. The main bed is a queen-sized bed.

The patio area is in a lush atmosphere with a relaxing fountain, outdoor garden with tropical flowers and plants with bistro table and chair where you can enjoy a meal.

All utilities are provided. The condominium property features nice amenities to make your stay a great vacation with heated pool, tennis court, basket ball field, club house for your events, gym with steam room, car port, pool table.

Nested in a quiet and very convenient area close to the main shopping area, many grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, golf courses.

Easy access to Sanibel Island with white sand and shells in 20 mn, Airport in 15 mn or Ft Myers beach in 15 mn.

For golfers, there are four golf courses within approximately a 15 minute drive away... these include the Eastwood Golf Course, Crown Colony Golf and Country Club, and The Forest Country Club Golf, and the Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club (which recently renovated their golf course.) Further away is The Pelican Sound Golf & River Club.

Please no do not bring pets. Please do not smoke inside the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please contact us the property owners as soon as possible so that you are not held responsible.

It was my first time renting. The overall facility was great. This condo was a conversion from a studio to a one bedroom. The artificial walls were weird. The furniture was uncomfortable. I mostly sat on the lanai. It was fine for a month.

Some parts of your review are a little vague. We are not sure exactly what you meant when you said the walls are artificial or weird (all walls are artificial.) We have subsequently upgraded the couch and the new edition is very comfortable. Overall we are pleased to see that you were very satisfied with the “great” facility and condo for your month-long stay.

3 to 4 star property

Too many fake plants and flowers that collect dust and hard to clean. The air return was filthy , looks like the filter hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in months or more. Odor develops when you run the heat or air. Floor was dirty and sticky, I had to mop it twice to get it clean enough to walk on without shoes. Bottom line, the place needs a deep cleaning, not just the bathroom and kitchen between tenants. I informed the host of these problems.

Unfortunately this guest did not inform us of any uncleanliness or express any complaints during his month-long stay. If he had, we would have been happy to clean, improve, or resolve any of these concerns. We spoke with him on the phone and asked him if he was satisfied with the accommodations after he checked in and he said that he was and did not mention anything about the floors or the heating and cooling system. He did mention that he accidentally broke a window blind so we had the blinds replaced as soon as possible during his stay. We welcome feedback and constructive criticism of our property, but responding to unsatisfied guests is much easier when guests clearly communicate concerns before they check out, not after. Nevertheless, we have reminded the housekeeper to thoroughly clean the floors and to attend to any undesirable odors.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property was great and a good price--well stocked and comfortable. Worked well for us as a couple. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. The people in the community are very friendly. The pool was great and we liked the area which is close to main roads but in the other direction has a nice neighborhood for walking. We rode our bikes to the John Yarborough Linear Park and then rode on the trail. We would have appreciated some more light in the dining room since the apartment does not get a lot of sunlight but overall we were very happy with the unit and our rental experience.

Condo Experience

Good location & facilities. Nice to have carport & close to laundry. Kitchen was nice & well stocked with exception of hand mixer. We felt upgrade is needed for living room & linai. Living room needs comfortable chair & couch needs replacement as has bad springs. It was inconvenient to open blinds in linai to get light in. Overall we really enjoyed staying there. Thanks again for providing repairs to tv, furnace, & light.

very nice & quite

This was my wife and I's first shot at traveling south for a month during the winter months. I will state right up front that the owner was very quick to respond to anything I might want to talk about, he would either email me if time would permit or if it was more urgent he called me on the phone. The one-bedroom unit was laid out quite nicely. It was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite adequate, there were just two of us, my wife and myself. Probably the better feature is that it was on the first floor right close to the entrance which made for a real quick getaway and entry when coming and going. The grounds were well-kept the pool was clean the gym was adequate and the weather was fantastic. There were a couple of items that we're noticed throughout the month I will list here. They're nowhere near showstoppers but they are something the owner should address. 1, the selection for TV channels lame. 2. there was no toilet paper holder mounted to the wall, very inconvenient that's all I'll say about that. The Wi-Fi for anyone who had anything of substance to do was extremely slow 3 Megs down three makes up and because TV was streaming you could not surf the web while Netflix or Hulu.. And this is another small pet peeve but the couch in front of the TV set was without a doubt the most uncomfortable couch I've sat on in a long time. I think if I didn't have these three things to comment about I would have to say it was an absolutely perfect stay for 30 days. If I were ever to go to Fort Myers again this would be the first place I would call to book. I think for the next couple of years we will try different areas of Florida to see what we like best.

Relaxing place to unwind.

Stayed here for the month of March, place was clean and had everything you might need. Neighbors are friendly and will help you with anything. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great stay in sunny Ft. Myers

Stayed January and Febuary 2017 in this condo. It is everything that is pictured, but what you don't know is it's great location. You can walk to shop, and eat anything you desire. The owner is honest and helpful. The other owners and renters at the condo were nice and fun with lots of activities to include you . I have already planned my next winter stay here !

Quiet, comfortable, and close to everything

The owner has done a very nice job in remodeling this 40 year old condo. Close to the laundry and pool/workout room/community room. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of snowbirds; if you come after Easter or in the summer months, you practically have the community to yourself. Located maybe 2 blocks from Tamiami Trail/US 41, so close to Bell Tower Shops, Target, Costco, multiple dining options. Not too far from Summerlin - easy to get to Sanibel/Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach. Owner is very personable and easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!

Great Florida Stay

We rented this unit Feb/Mar 2016. Pascal was extremely responsive! The unit was perfect, comfortable, and exactly as the pictures showed. We met many people (owners and renters) from the condo, and the association welcomed renters to their fabulous pot lucks, and other planned activities. Great place, great people, great stay!!!

RELAXING GETAWAY

My wife and I spent the past month of January in this property, It is exactly like the pictures represent , it is well stocked and maintained and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the laundry room is a few steps away which is convenient .Parking is right in front of the unit and the neighbors are very pleasant, the surrounding area is quite and the outside patio is also quite and nice, the pool is heated and they have a nice gym and the outside barbeque works great, the internet connection is perfect never had an issue. The location makes it very accessible to the beaches in Sanibel and Captiva and shopping for all the Fort Myers attractions. We would absolutely stay here again it is a great getaway. Finally, the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with any small issue or question we had was answered very quickly ,when your travels take you to South West Florida this is the place top stay. We would absolutely recommend this property Long Island, New York
