Alexksandra, I really had to smile when I read your very negative review. It was Hilarious! I would assume all future guests, looking to rent my chalet would also notice that YOU are the only guest in sooo many years, who has EVER rated me with UNDER 5-Stars… Don’t you think there’s something to be said about YOUR observation, in comparison to hundreds of others? LOL – But as the old saying goes… “There’s always one bad apple in the bunch”! Also, VRBO’s rental- competitors ----- also have me rated, and listed my home with OVER 300+ 5-STAR reviews which they have given to me and my home over and over again! Think about that Dear Alex… on a financial level, do you think I would actually be living over the garage in my home as you stated? (smile)… I think not! Alex, you stated I had 1000 rules – UNTRUE! but for certain that proves you NEVER even read my House Rules to begin with, or BEFORE booking, otherwise IF you had read them, AND didn’t like them, then you should not have ever booked!! You also stated you were bothered by signs in my home LOL - Sorry…. The only signs that are posted in my home, ALL GUESTS appreciate! BTW, there are actually only 4 !!! (which are NOT RULES, but are posted to help you navigate comfortably) #1 States … How to work the 6 Remote Controls on the different T.V’s.. #2 States…. “Hi Guests, I know you might try and help out, but please don’t do any laundry – my girls need to follow strict protocols, and when you do laundry – they wind-up re-washing a second time, so thanks, but don’t go out of your way!” …. The 3rd note is giving instruction on how to turn ON the outside Tree-Speakers, so you can enjoy music while on the property… the 4th sign/note explains my Motion Detectors, and how it describes that there are – “NO cameras by the jacuzzi, or anywhere else on the property “ What you were seeing were necessary lights that go on/off for your safety, since my home butts-up against the Forest-Like preserve, and others that guide you on my dark, secluded road! (btw, I am TOTALLY NOT interested in what you do, or how you soak in my spa… LOL) - I REALIZE AND ACKNOWLEGE THE ONLY REASON YOU RATED ME THIS WAY, and had negative things to say ,was because …. My Caretaker knocked on the door one day, and asked, for one of your UNINVITED Guests to remove their car OFF my garden where underground flowers bloom off-season! I’m sorry you were offended. My half-circular driveway fits PLENTY cars, so there was no need for these UNINVITED Guests to park elsewhere, and on my Flower Beds specifically! LOL - besides a parking diagram was sent to you prior to booking, and was also listed in the House Rules… Its curious to me – how you are complaining to what was SPELT-OUT initially!! My Caretaker in return is so nice that he OVERLOOKED your elderly guest from bothering him – at least 5x’s begging for a cigarette!! Mike explained he’s not a smoker, but I guess he forgot, and kept asking over and over again !

He will be making sure all your paths, and decks are cleared for BBQ, and Hot Tub usage whenever you venture outside!) “””
YES, The Caretaker stays there periodically, FOR YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY above the garage! ALL OF MY GUESTS LUV THIS SPECIAL, and UNPAID PERK !!! He is there for all of you 24 hours, so you can drive out, and travel without having to worry about being trapped-in, slipping down staircases, using the BBQ etc etc .. all renters express to me how SPECIAL my CLEARED walk-ways, stairways, Hot Tub Area, and Backyard Game Area is maintained, and how they have NEVER had such tailored maintenance with past Homeowners!
SO SORRY YOU DID NOT APPRECIATE THIS EXTRA 24 HOUR FREE-SERVICE - OR the Christmas Discount I gave you of $150 for Gigi and Sofi… sooo, NO WELCOME BACK to your unappreciative nature !
(btw, I always give 5-stars to all my guests because they never really do “overboard” violations! Had I known you would have posted inaccuracies, I would have mentioned to future Homeowners that Blue-Pad Puppy papers stuck to Hardwood Floors were a definite sign they should not accept your pets as they were very rarely walked outside – and many other violations I have no more time to get into !!
