We invite you to come and enjoy the natural beauty of Chautauqua Lake at this cozy traditional cottage. New floors throughout cottage. Deck facing the lake shore. Smart TV and WiFi included! Monthly rates are available during the off-season. Inquire for details.
This immaculate accommodation will surely keep you coming back. Relax on the large end of the dock, spacious shaded lawn under large maple trees or by the lakeside campfire. The National Comedy Center is a 15 minute drive away in downtown Jamestown. Chautauqua Institution, a gated Victorian lakeside arts community is only a 10 minute drive away-where concerts, lectures, drama, opera, ballet and a variety of classes abound. The quaint village of Bemus Point is one mile down the street..fine dining, unique shops and festive night life. Laundromat and convenience store are 1/8 mile down the road. Historic Midway Park is the 15th oldest, continually operating amusement park in the nation and is close by.

You cannot dispose garbage from cleaning fish or game on the property. This includes leaving it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cottage was very clean and communication with the host was great. They were very easy to work with. As the description states, the cottage is very close to downtown Bemus, but it does not tell you that the cottage is right off the freeway and on the main road the opposite direction from town.

Very clean and quiet. Most linens are included except bath towels and washcloths which are provided for an additional fee. Host was responsive.

Happy to know our cottage was a pleasant stay for you. The towel situation is a way for us to keep the general rates affordable for guests. Most guests prefer to bring their own towels. However the $35 towels fee is also very affordable for guests who are not in a position to bring towels along on their travels.

1st time at this lake..loved the cottage..everything perfect..especially got this place so we could park boat at a dock and come and go if needed.( storms..heat..bathroom breaks etc..)Also able to plug inn batteries.

The cottage was cute,roomy and clean. The dock was perfect and you can watch the boat from the living room window in case any rough weather came up.The property was neat and quiet with a lighted gazebo to relax in at night. Dana was very easy to communicate with and offered us to text her if we needed anything. The price was absolutely reasonable. We brought our bikes and rode them to town everyday and we also got a walk in every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come there next year.
