Hi everyone! My name is Lauren and I grew up down the road in Jamestown. Before I was born, my parents purchased "the cottage" and it has been a special piece of me since I was born, My mom, dad, and brother have all passed on and this is the one thing I have left that we all had in common.

I now reside near Tampa, FL, where I moved in 2014. I will never leave Tampa for good, but I always enjoy coming back home to the cottage.

Why they chose this property

The cottage is on a private dead end road. It is quiet, peaceful, and serene with wildlife all around. It is a lakefront property with dock access.
