The Cozy Condo #5 is an end unit of the Cherokee Trail Condominiums located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a stainless steel appliances and a living room area with beautiful views of Mt Moose and McKenzie Mountain. This place creates a perfect getaway for a weekend or your winter/summer vacation.
Enjoy some quiet time on a large, private deck with a grill after a walk or a hike in the summer or warm up at a cozy fireplace after some fun in the snow. It is in a close distance to some hiking, biking and x-country trails (Peninsula Trails, 2.7m Mirror Lake Route, Cobble Hill hike-family friendly). Both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake are in a walking distance just like the restaurants and shops of the Main Street. Whiteface Mountain is 10 miles away. Grocery stores are only a couple minutes by car.

The condo was lovely. My daughters and I had a wonderful stay. We walked into town several times for shopping and restaurants and a nice walk on the Mirror Lake Loop.The accommodations were wonderful and we had a chance to relax on the large deck one afternoon. The directions and entry instructions were easy to follow and checkout was easy.Thank you.
