Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. This place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Placid. Walkable down to Main Street shops and restaurants. Clean space and kitchen had all necessary amenities. Plenty of space and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We were able to make meals when we chose to stay in because all of the basic cookware and utensils were available. This trip was myself and 4 adult daughters so 3 full baths was one of the reasons I chose this property. The dining room table was for a large family and the living room was cozy for board games and movies. This was the perfect setup for our family. It was home away from home. Highly recommended for families.

Secluded comfort in Lake Placid

Leigh and Charles condo is the perfect stay for a small group in Lake Placid. Wonderfully secluded in the woods, while also being a quick 10 minute walk from Lake Placids main street. All bedrooms are true to pictures, very comfortable and clean. We hope to stay again!

What a cute little home hidden away just a few blocks from Main Street. It was very well equipped, beds were comfortable, Olympic decor was abundant. We were a family of 5 and found it was perfect- we would definitely return.

Location of property is second to none! Layout of house is fantastic especially with bathrooms accommodating all bedrooms. Very short walk to main strip and stuff to do everywhere there, pick a direction and walk! Highly recommend, enjoy the beauties all around!!!
