Directly on the beach, the apartment is sheltered from the wind. The residence is accessible by secured portal. It is said that the Savannah is the best place to reside in the Lowlands.

The apartment is located on the last level (third) of building A of the Savannah Residence. It occupies the top two floors as well as a mezzanine in one of the bedrooms. It also offers two balconies, one facing the beach, the other towards the marina.

There is one bedroom on the main level, then two more upstairs, plus the mezzanine. Each floor has its own full bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned.

The apartment measures over 1250 square feet, with two 40 '' flat screen TVs. At the disposal of visitors are also large closets, wardrobes. Fully-equipped kitchen situated on the covered terrace, facing the sea.

The residence has direct access to the beach and the sea, by gate code. The absence of any street between the garden and the beach makes it very safe for children. Finally, right next to the apartment is the sailing club, on the same beach, ideal for lovers of water sports (windsurfing, surfing, boat ...).

Behind the residence, 1 minute on foot is Saint-François Marina, with its lot of trendy restaurants and bars. Finally, a closed parking code is also available in the residence.
