Large Update to the property Fall of 2021. Mountainside in Frisco is a great base for your vacation adventure in Summit County. Frisco offers a central location to all 4 of the ski areas and within Frisco, Mountainside sits 5 blocks south of Main Street so it's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The bike path and plenty of trails run right near the property and there is a very nice clubhouse with indoor pool/hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs and WIFI. 523 is a 3 bedroom private home located within Mountainside so you have access to the clubhouse but you do not share walls with anyone else. Bedding in the home goes Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 Twins in the third bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, private laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and a private one car garage - so don't worry about brushing all that snow off your car, in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to get you to the slopes.
