Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the Top floor with Magnificent Ocean and Intracostal Views! Our pool has reopened after construction!!! The Penthouse Condo has nearly 2000 square feet of luxury! Freshly painted, new appliances, and new luxurious carpet! Club room with pool table and kitchenette. Nicely equipped fitness center. Parking garage for 1 vehicle guaranteed, and open lot for 1 additional vehicle (first come). Large balcony with table and chairs for meals and sunset memories that will last forever! Our balcony can be enjoyed 24 hours a day with north facing Ocean and intracoastal views! Gourmet granite kitchen, new appliances, and fully equipped with everything you wished you could have brought from home. Full size dining room table and pass-thru breakfast bar seating. With this large open floor plan connecting all of your favorite entertainment spaces, you are sure to have a vacation to remember! This space also includes a sofa sleeper and a 55 inch curved smart TV with all the channels you will need. (Parent warning! All TV's have adult channels. Free high-speed WIFI.
Large king size master suite at opposite end of guest bedrooms, complete with walk-in closet and private escape to balcony. Large 55 inch flat-screen smart TV at the end of your bed for spectacular viewing! Spacious master bathroom with large walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, and double granite vanity sinks. Guest bedroom one, Queen size bed with ocean view, large flat screen TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space. Beach chairs, beach toys, games, bocce ball, and corn-hole, are all free for you to enjoy from our garage storage unit. A garden hose and shower is convienently located next to the pool to keep the sand out of our beautiful Condo as well as off the toys you wish to enjoy.
WHY SO AMAZING???
Before we bought this Condo, we rented a condo nearby. It was in desperate need of repair and maintenance and I thought 🤔, I can provide way better accommodations than this for families, and voilà!

In the summers, on the Boardwalk there are free concerts with great bands every Saturday night & a great Fireworks display.

We have stayed in several places in the Dayton Beach area and this is the best place we have ever stayed at! The communication with the host was top notch and the condo was absolutely spotless. If you are considering renting this condo, do it!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was just as the pictures showed if not a bit nicer. Everything was in working order and everything we needed (even beach things) was provided. Our host even left goodie baskets for us. I was also impressed with the host checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was well and we had everything we needed. They even offered to extend our stay since a couple of the days we stayed had bad weather. Excellent property and hosts. Great location as well.

This property was absolutely amazing! There was even a gift basket and goodies in every room. It was easy to use the codes to access the condo, and we were even provided a remote to access the garage! Bill, the owner, stayed in touch with us the whole stay. The prices were much better than a small house we were going to rent! The whole building was very clean! Thanks, Bill!

The photos of the property did not adequately display the accommodations...this unit is better than the pictures portray. This is the cleanest unit we have ever rented and is very well supplied and maintained by the owners. Upon entry, we felt like we were walking into a home, not a rental unit. The owner's communication was timely, clear, concise and very pleasant work with in during the check-in and departure process. Will be seeking to stay again next year.

The best place I have ever stayed

This place is beautiful, very quiet, great view, bill the owner is great, we enjoyed the gift basket, and all the little gift bags in every room, such a good idea, it makes you feel really special, well stocked on every thing you need if you forget to bring anything from home, I could go on and on, I would recommend this place to every one it was awesome.thank you bill.
